Theres only a handful of restaurants in Portmagee, so we did not have much choice and this one looked the most decent. But our decision was right. They had a few special dishes of the day. The service was good. The restaurant was quite busy in a small little fishing village because there lots of people kept coming in, great... More

It was not my first time to this restaurant and I was looking forward to a return visit. It was pleasantly busy which created a good atmosphere. The food was tasty, good portions at reasonable prices and as you would expect the fish dishes were delicious. Our food was served by a lovely Spanish lady. Will definitely return when we... More

We were staying at the Moorings Guesthouse for the evening, so we simplified things by making a reservation for the restaurant downstairs. We had excellent service during our meal. We started with a half-dozen oysters which were tasty before having the delicious Wild Atlantic Way Hot Seafood platter.

Had a lovely evening meal at this restaurant recently. Service was very good and they coped well with the rather complicated order from our friends. The only minor thing was the waiter cleared dishes before eveyone at the table had finished their food. The food was exceptionally good and I would highly recommend the seafood risotto.Portions are substantial leaving no room... More

We visited this restaurant early on a Thursday evening. It wasn't overly busy. We could have eaten in the pub but decided to treat ourselves to the restaurant. The food is of a higher standard with correspondingly higher prices. My pork dish was beautifully presented and very tasty. A side of vegetables included mashed potato, baby carrots, beetroot, broccoli and... More
