This is such a picturesque restaurant set on the coastline with tables amongst the trees. The service was incredible and our waitress was so attentive and knowledgeable about both the food and wine. Would highly recommend coming here to get the catch of the day...- we were able to go up and choose the fish we wanted from the counter which came with some really interesting local side dishes. It was a great gastronomic experience and very romantic. The rose ice cream was very refreshing afterwards!More

Arrived at this beautiful beautiful oasis. The table we were given gifted us a stunning view of the lit up sea. This restaurant is a must at night as it really does provide the most romantic.of settings. Service was great. Food was good not spectator,...but maybe that's more about what we ordered. Wasn't cheap at 90 euros for 2, but I'd pay it again to sit in that setting.More

This restaurant has a fabulous location, tucked away off the road & right on the waterfront. Meals are large & delicious. We had the spicy mushrooms & bruschetta to start. Lamb with Edam & spaghetti bolognaise for main. We could actually have had 3 or...4 starters between us & no main as the meals are large. We finished with a shared portion of ice cream. Beer & a cocktail came to €95, a little expensive but worth treating yourself. The view was amazing, the restaurant has a great atmosphere & staff were very welcoming.More

This used to be the VIP choice for a special treat when staying on the island but it has lost its touch. €50 for a sunbed and not even a towel to cover the plastic - that is another €10! Then you have to spend...at least that much on your lunch to have the sunbed free and still pay for the towel. Menu dull with no changes for several years, a surly waitress and I don't think we will return next year.More

We were staying at the Aliv Stone Suites & Spa and booked a meal at Nobelos after a friend recommended it when they came here last year and it did no dissapoint! As lovers of seafood we had to come here. We were greated with...a friendly welcome and then shown the catch of the day counter and lobster tank. The service was extremely attentive (but not intrusive) and all the dishes were presented beautifully. We had the Saganaki, grilled sarndies, greek salad, tsatskis and the octopus. All were gorgeous but the Octopus especially was out of this world! Seriously, if you love seafood and a settling that should be on a postcard then please go to Nobelos! Thanks again for a great evening!More

We had dinner twice here with friends and everything was delicious. The place is very romantic, relaxing, beautifully decorated, great music. The food is great everybody was happy, we had salads, grilled seafood and fish. Service was a little in a rush the first night...but the second night it was better. The best restaurant of the north of Zakyntos in my opinion! Must go if you're there.More

The local reputation of Nobelos is high so as we were staying in the area, we reserved a table for an evening meal. 1. The location and surroundings don’t disappoint- I would say probably the best of all the local restaurants. You get a lovely...greeting and shown to your table. Top tip number one. Insist on having a table with breeze (left hand side). If you don’t the heat is stifling and you will be on the menu for the local wildlife. 2. Service. This is a bit hit and miss. Initial impressions were good but after our first course was served - it became pot luck whether water was topped up, anyone asked us whether we wanted any drinks (no one did) or desert etc. It got quite comical at one point. Our waiter was so focused on a particular table he forgot our desert which turned up completely melted. 3. Food. After recommendations from locals we were really looking forward to something special. Actually it was really average. I literally can’t say anymore than that. It was ok. The owner has an army of people working there and maybe we caught them after a long difficult day so but it was a really just an expensive, mediocre experience. There are other restaurants in the area which you should prioritise such as To Nisi, Orizodes or the Old Windmill where you won’t leave feeling disappointed..More

The atmosphere is nice, 2m from the beach, the view not quite and the prices too big for what you get, you pay at least double the value.

Was outstanding. We arrived for lunch early and took a sun lounger, the nice thing was there was no charge just a minimum spend which we easily passed given the selection of food and wine available. View fantastic. Grilled sardines and vegetables sublime.

Had eaten here many times before, still very good, nice place to be, but fresh fish is extortionately expensive at €110 per kilo (so you will be paying €50 or so for a bream!). Other restaurants (e.g. Madrakia next door, or Klodiraki) are charging €55...- €65 per kilo for identical produce,More

Lovely Staff and great service. The staff were well trained and the food was by far the best in the area. I see other reviewers complain at the €100 charge for two sunbeds, but this all can go towards your drinks and food during the...day. It is also good because it keeps the riffraff out!More

Overpriced Instagram tourist trap! We were a large group and ordered 12 different foods, the only edible one was grilled octopus. Seafood salad were without seafood, pork and lamb were overcooked, lamb chops tendons were not removed. Swordfish was so dry that it was probably...grilled twice. And soup was full of fishbones and scales. The service, except one young woman, was totally indifferent.More
