Simply the tastiest traditional food we tried on the island. In one week we came back twice but wanted to come again and again but had bookings in other places (high to low end restaurants) and some fell short of a good experience for many reasons. This is not a fancy place but honest and friendly. If you want great... More

The title says it all. Because the restaurant does not have a caldera view it is a) quieter and b) cheaper than those that do. So my advice is to eat here first and then go and sit of the caldera wall and watch the sunset. Try the saganaki!!!!

It's a simple, friendly family-run restaurant with simple but tasty food. It's a place to have a nice, quiet and authentic meal with simple and unadultered flavors. Plus, it's cheap too, which is great if you're on a budget! Just don't expect anything fancy like those expensive restaurants with caldera views, but you'll still have a good meal. The courtesy... My fiance and I are staying in a boutique hotel near this restaurant. It was late for a lunch (4pm) but the waiter welcomed us with open arms and a smile. We wanted traditional greek food and were not disappointed at all. We had the special tomato fried from santorini, the tzaziki (amazing!) the peppers and tomato stuffed with rice... More

This restaurant is not on the cliffs so my guess that is why the prices aren't ridiculously high. I went for lunch and started off with the fried zucchini and had chicken rice and tatzki sauce. Free WiFi is offered and the owners are very nice.

Food was as if its made home food in this small taverna - at the entrance you wont really be encouraged to go in and try it - but trust me its worth the try - amazing food and very relaxed atmosphere - Mama is literally in the kitchen so you get food as if you are home - highly... More

Had a tasty, great value meal at this traditional taverna. Nice contrast to the higher end restaurants with caldera views.
