I've been looking at the juicy images for some time now, but never quite had the time to visit until today. The place came highly recommended by locals, who said they send over all their guests here. I've tried žrnovski makaruni with pršut and truffles...which was absolutely amazing and left me entirely full with no room whatsoever for even a tinyest bit of desert. The restaurant is lovely, both the front terrace and the back garden. Didn't wait for long and the staff seemed nice. Will get back to try other dishes for sure.More

We stayed at the guesthouse but also had an excellent dinner of swordfish, potatoes and grilled veggies. The server was excellent and recommended the swordfish which had been caught by one of his friends. It was incredibly fresh, moist and tasty--as good as any swordfish...I've ever had. It was nicely plated with a couple of dollops of reduced balsamic vinegar as a garnish. Breakfasts were also excellent.More

The restaurant was not crowded, not more then 4 tables occupied, we waited for more then half an hour. When we asked if we could order after the waiter passed by our table 3 times, the waiter replied "Take it easy, you are the last...one, you are on vaccination". We left immediately.More

We were here before with no problem at all in the evening. But we came for a lunch this time, and our waiter was just rude from the begining (he had a replay shirt on) He gave us the wrong order first, than when we...recieved the new one it was fully raw. When we asked the waiter why is it raw he said we did not say how we wanted it so he decided we like the food how he likes it. (Have not asked anything from us he just spit out the words without even looking at us) Such behaviour is unaccaptable. He even swear at us in croatian. Awesome lunch at Mimbelli! The food, ambient and waiter was great, we had for a start fish delicates and then four of us all Eat steakes, It was one of the best steak I have ever eat. Thru the conversation with a lovely waiter( he...is so funny, with great english and german knowledge) we found out this is family restaurant, the boss barbeque our steakes, she even let us to grill them. We stayed in Orebic for three nights at the end of season and visited this restaurant twice. During this time they were shutting down the rear terrace garden as the evenings were getting a little cooler but were lucky enough to dine there for our...first night and sample fish cooked in the outdoor stone oven. The food was lovely and very enjoyable as were the staff. Particularly the lady, in charge during our visits ( sorry I don't remember your name) who we enjoyed great conversations with. On the last night of our honeymoon we couldn’t have a picked a better place. The terrace was a beautiful location and being able to watch our meal cooked in the outdoor stone oven smelt amazing. Beautiful restaurant, but disappointing steak for my partners birthday meal, quality not as good as expected - would go back, but maybe choose something more traditional next time. Attentive service, though felt a tad ‘pushy’ at times.

Had a very good lunch here - we ordered the mixed meat platter for two and could not finish it. Quality was goof and it was reasonable. Very clean and have lovely garden area at the back
