Incredible Spanish cuisine cooked by the family. We tried the Seafood Paella and it was world class. We room also the shrimp salad and it was so tasty and ended with a Spanish dessert. Nice vibe in the place and a great positive energy.

Best restaurant in Uvita and Dominical. The owners are from Spain and the food is amazing!!! We ordered mussels, grilled squid, salad, and paella. Everything was so delicious and we did not leave a crumb. We cannot wait to go back for Christmas dinner.

Gazpacho is outstanding. Paella is the house specialty. Not to miss. Try the Catalonian version with fideua. The grilled lamb is fantastic too. Owners offer Spanish hospitality in Uvita. Don’t pass it up.

We found it because our gps directions took us there by accident. Sometimes you find something great, that you weren’t even looking for. This was one of those times.

Sabor Espanol is literally a hidden gem. Located at the end of an unlit dirt road lined by shacks and vegetation, it sparkles with light and charm. The setting is tropically romantic and the food is wonderfully prepared Spanish fare enhanced with local ingredients and...flavors. The owner and his family/staff are welcoming and clearly take pride and pleasure in the food and experience they provide. This was one of the top dining experiences we have had. Too bad it is 2500 miles away from our home. Gracias!More

Our family of 6 went there for a dinner and we had a great time. The owners are a couple, he is a cook and she serves the food. They are both great, very pleasant and nice people. We liked the fact that cook is...coming out of the kitchen to check how do you like the food (and we even managed to get the recipe for his awesome almond soup from him). They serve typical Spanish food and they prepare it very well. Also, for the beer lovers, there is a spanish beer from Barcelona, that probably you can't find anywhere else in the area. We really enjoyed an evening there, the food, as well as the atmosphere. Make sure to reserve your place a day before since this is the most popular restaurant in Uvita.More
