Found this place on our ride through Cabuya. Pizza was delicious, service was wonderful. Perfect pit stop. Jenny and her family were so kind! Ice cold beers, too. :)

Jenny not only makes one amazing pizza, but was kind enough to help us when we accidentally booked the wrong day for our shuttle back to the airport. She didn't hesitate to help us out and, through all of her kindness, we were able to make it back on time. Whether you're looking for great pizza, great company, or even... More

Thanks to Jenny and her wealth of information, great food and warm friendship. After a long journey to Cabuya we were welcomed by Jenny and her amazing family. It was hard to get use to the extra large portions of food and the great smoothies...but we managed. Cafe Coyote is a one-stop shop. Great food, taxi service, car rental, casita... More

Cafe Coyote is great. I told Jenny to make me whatever she wanted with the fish she had just received, she made delicious creative meals on the spot. We ate there 2 nights, between the pizza, fish and fajitas we were happy. She's also incredibly helpful with getting tours set up in the area for ATV's, snorkeling etc. Thanks Jenny!

Also I had the lemonade and then mixed club soda in it. A very refreshing drink. Jenny as always greets you with a big smile as well her daughter... More

We went for dinner on April 4th. The salad was amazing and so was the homemade salad dressing on it. The tortillas were freshly made. Everything we ordered was delicious especially the pineapple smoothie. Jenny is a very humble and beautiful soul she is such a pleasure to talk to. She makes you feel right at home. Can't wait to... Everything tastes wonderful. The rum margaritas are also very good. Pizza is a perfect think crust and fajitas are simple but the best I've ever had!

We had the pleasure of visiting Jenny and "Pollo" at their lovely abode several times during our stay in Cabuya. Each visit was marked with laughter, recommendations on where to check out next, and excellent food (which Jenny cooks herself in-house!) She gave us her personal number to call in case we needed anything during our stay, and was kind... More

The food here was great. I had the fish in lemon and garlic, my wife had the pizza. Not a bad thing to say. All ingredients are fresh and everything is prepared by hand.
