My boyfriend and I come here all the time. The food is wonderful and very affordable. It is run by Marvin and his family, and the vibe is relaxed and homey.

We went here today for lunch at 12pm. I had the shrimp salad and my boyfriend had the garlic shrimp with white rice, vegetables, salad and Pico de gallo. I can't stop raving about our lunch. The most flavorful lunch as of yet and no skimping on the shrimp either. Their lemonade was very delicious also. We might go back... More

As I said, I wanted to like this place as it is a mom and pop kinda place. Whether the food quality was good or not, it just gives you the vibe that the food may not be so fresh. The bathrooms were disgusting at the time. I love supporting local places but this just wasn't for me. If you're... More

My wife and I have had dinner here many times. The food is typical Costa Rican done very well. Marvin has Seafood as well as Beef and Chicken. They can be ordered in any combination. Best of all the prices are very affordable. A great small town gathering spot.

This place is so fantastic! I ate left overs for two more meals! The food is so artfully plated you will swoon! Fresh veggies and seasoned to perfection. Owners are so friendly they smile all the time! GO! It will be one of your best meals! Across from Super David.

During our stay in Cabuya we ended up at Soda Marvin several times and were always pleased with our selections. Our young girls loved the pasts options they had, and the 2 different Tuna entrées I had there were both fantastic and the price points great for the quantity and quality of the food!

Try the black pepper tuna - huge chunks of rare cooked tuna covered in spicy black pepper served with vegetables and salad! Very good food at great prices. Family owned and operated business - we were very impressed!
