The process of making chocolate can be seen through a glass wall, and process of making sandwiches and pizzas can be seen directly. Always crowded, there is usually a waiting of half an hour (more if you order a pizza) here to get your food. But i say, it is worth the wait.!

Mapro on the Panchgani Mahabaleshwar road has become very popular with visitors to these hill stations. But we found the food to be highly overpriced and bland in taste. There are far better options available.
