Have been here many times of the years. It's not a glamorous venue and there are lots of staff who don't seem to speak English (however they do smile and nod) but when the food tastes like this - who cares! Spring rolls wrapped in lettuce; delicious, whole fish served with ginger; just to die for and the mandarin chicken... More

Great place, service is lovely and the food is great. The roast duck doesn't appear to be on the menu but is fantastic. So are the sizzling dishes and the spring rolls. Highly recommend.

Great food and service, haven't been for awhile and it was great to order our normal favourites to find that they were as good as we remembered. The food has always been great and we would highly recommend Loi Lois

Visited Loi Loi in a group and had one of the banquets, the food was tasty and plentiful, to the stage we were struggling by the time dessert came. Décor is interesting, the staff are welcoming and provide great service. Not fully traditional Vietnamese but a good night out.

Freshest, most authentic Asian food in Melbourne - modest premises, it's all about the food at the right price. Crispy beans, spicy beef, crackling duck, BYO with First Choice down the road - great for 6 or so people around a round table. Been here 6 X and 7 soon.

Such great value for money. The service is incredibly good, especially Ms Tu. I recommend always ordering something from the specials board as they seem to be fresher and tastier. I will definitely be back! Chocolates given on departure!

Good fresh food and excellent value. I'm a regular for the weekday lunch specials. $11 gets you a meal plus a free chicken and corn soup. Many choices and fast service. Having frequented many restaurants on Victoria St, Loi Loi is one of the best.

I wandered in off Victoria Street in Abbotsford, after finding Van Mai closed. The service was friendly and timely. The waitress was more than happy to alter the menu and give me a small portion of noodles when I requested them. Basic interior, lots of noise and a good family place. I was on my own as usual (travel for... More
