We went four of us for a beaf tartar lunch. The frame is very nice and the waiter is very nice, helpfull and watchfull. In the plate, very nice showing but the food was too salty. The taste was spoiled by the salt... Also quite expensive.

went to Noir with friends for a special night out. Had beautiful food - everything we had was absolutely first rate. . Service was very good and the wine list quite interesting. The only down side was a large noisy group (they got quite raucous as the night progressed)in the restaurant. parking is difficult, but we expected that.

Lovely atmosphere, dark and intimate. Thank goodness for cushioned chairs (sick of hard chairs in restaurants). The wine list is good. Menu also interesting. We shared Beef Cheek and Fillet Steak. Nice.

I pass this restaurant weekly when I visit a client and it always has people in it so I thought I'd give it a go. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food a good wine list thou small and great staff. There is a $55 lunch special but we decided to do a la carte. We started with... More

Noir has recently been doing a Sunday lunch menu that is of great value at $55 per person. The dishes are great visually as well as taste. This is a shared menu with the highlight for us the dessert : salted toffee cheesecake and sweet corn ice cream. Service was great and location a great spot with plenty of parking.... More

Dinner with my family for my wife's birthday was such a poor experience. We decided to BYO our wine understanding there was a $15 corkage but the waiter didn't even open the bottle or pour the wine for us! The waiter gave no apology for the lack of gluten free bread (We had informed them I had Coeliacs when booking)... More

This was a very nice surprise .All the courses were excellent The duckling was excellent and the desserts were to die for. The souffle with chocolate fudge and the creme brulee are highly recommended. Only complaint was the 10% service (?) charge for Saturday night (maybe for all meals(?)

We make an annual Christmas trip to noir, we love the food and service. The menu changes seasonally, you are never quite sure what is going to happen. The staff enjoy their job which shows.

I went to Noir for a casual dinner with my partner and discovered a great little find. Sitting quietly in a small nook on Swan Street , the charming boutique restaurant offers a diverse & exciting, carefully thought-out menu. The atmosphere was beautiful and romantic. Definitely the place to take someone on a date. I was initially disappointed as I... More
