Celebrating a milestone birthday, booked for 14 people, food order given 24 hrs in advance, very helpful staff, pleasant surroundings and food all cooked to order/on time/ good value and close to our offices. Second visit.

An enjoyable meal in an historic building but maybe we anticipated a more memorable overall experience. Well-cooked food but no nice view while dining and service acceptable but not attentive.

Set in a old fishing village a hidden gem down a lovely cobbled street,a little bit of Cornwall in the Medway towns backing on to the historic Upnor castle. Now open all day and serving food from 12 to 3 and 6 to 9 Monday to Saturday and Sunday 12 to 4, please phone to book to avoid disappointment.
