My husband and I visited Cantina Follie for dinner on a recent trip to Lake Como and absolutely loved it. There is a beautiful, peaceful rooftop patio covered by vines which was a great spot to enjoy some lovely wine. The meat and cheese tray...More

Cantina is tucked away behind the main drag of Tremezzo, though barely any distance from it. Lunch here was blissful. The owners were very attentive and friendly, the food very good quality and the prices reasonable. I spent a couple of hours reading, writing and...More

Agree with all the positive reviews. We found this place by accident - such pleasant service, great wines and exceptional cheese and meat platter. We asked for extra bread and were given a complete extra basket at no extra cost. Would highly recommend!

Great way to spend a rainy afternoon, we had a wine flight of 4 glasses and a mixed platter of cheese and meats ; so much, we couldn't eat later. Very atmospheric.

This place is nice inside, has a trendy urban vibe about it. Sit down area is a terrace surrounded by apartment dwellers. It is hidden away from views & menu is limited to cold/small plates. It seemed like a nice change to go here &...More

We are so thrilled we came across this place during our honeymoon! The owner Joost is so friendly and helpful. We had the wine samplers and the cheese & charcuterie board for two. Everything was delicious and we can't wait to come back!

This place is well worth the visit, just off the boat and after a little bit of a detour around the houses I found it right where we got off the boat within 100 yards or so. Service was fantastic, chose a glass of red...More

What a gem of a place the Cantina Follie is. Nestled up the hill between the Grand Tremezzo and Hotel Bazzoni, this restaurant was just what we were looking for late one afternoon. We sat outside, ordered a tray of cheeses and salamis which were...More

Good Evening, you can park your car along the lake, then you have to climb the stairs (next to the farmacy of Tremezzo) to reach Cantina Follie. Kindest regards, Joost van Sloten

I only used ferries to cross the lake and if I remember correctly they stop running fairly early in the evening. I imagine you can get a water taxi, it doesn't take long to get across from Bellagio and worth the trip. Just... More

We would like to thank all our guests that visit and reviewed us in our first 8 years of activity, Deborah & Joost. Our Winebar-Enoteca is specialized in platters prepared at the moment with local sliced cuts and cheeses.we don't not serve pasta, or maincourses because our philosophy is doing just a few things...but done in the proper way.
