We had dinner at this restaurant in September 2016. It was a wonderful experience. They didn't give us a menu but brought out different appetizers and then we ordered the pasta. It was absolutely delicious. We were three couples enjoying our stay on the Amalfi Coast with an excellent dinner and not expensive. The restaurant is not fancy or touristy.... More

Don't be put off by the entrance. The restaurant itself is decorated in a style that you don't see very often anymore but it adds to the quaint, rustic and friendly atmosphere that compliments the high quality meals they serve

The first to say is that the guys were very warm and welcoming. The restaurant is on a main road but it doesn't have a front on the road and you access it through the door and walk down the corridor to a lovely authentic and atmospheric dining area. We both had the capresse for starters which was lovely and... More

Very accommodating for our group of six. The staff doesn't speak much English. Unfortunately, while pizza was on the menu, it wasn't available while we were there. The house wine was served in a pitcher. And it wasn't good so we ordered a bottle. Seafood was very fresh. Our pastas were delicious. The desserts were amazing. An accordion player arrived... More

Good Italian food. The serving was a little bit on the low side... they are a bit reticent to offer the beverage menu... and in the wine menu you don't have any price for beer or water... on the good side you have a last drink from the house... limoncelo, amaretto or amaro

We were here with our tour group. This is not a place that I would recommend to anyone. The food was just barely edible, bathrooms filthy, and to top it off their was a "gypsy" playing his accordion terribly, trying to extort money from the diners. Not a plesant experience at all.

We visited La Sosta on the strength of previous reviews, and for no better reason than it was raining and the restaurant was near the car park. Frankly, we should have walked a bit further and got wet. My pasta was dull. My husband's calamari was tough ; it was like chewing a wellington boot. The waiter seemed upset that... More

Every time we visit Italy we always eat at La Sosta. It is one of our favorite places. The owner and staff are extremely nice and go out of their way to please you. Best fish I've ever eaten.

We went there by tip from our hotel. We had a great meal and really nice staff. We had a great local wine and everything felt really local and authentic. Lots of locals eating there as well. Always a good sign! :)

We were "regulars" here years ago when stationed in Naples. How wonderful it felt to go back and feel so welcomed by the owner who still remembered us. Fish displayed in ice-packed cases assured us that each appetizer, pasta dish, and main course would be the freshest ever. We enjoyed a tremendous meal that finished with desserts and limoncella. Tucked... More
