Sadly I have to recommend going somewhere else if you’re hungry as it’s not the first time we’ve waited over half hour for food to arrive (after waiting 15 minutes for order to be taken). Both occasions the restaurant was only a third full with...about 5 staff waiting tables. If you’re happy to wait then you won’t be too disappointed as the food is good.More

Visited late October after passing it many evenings and it was always busy. Was seated at a table in the rear garden area which was probably the nicest area of the restaurant, even better than the outside seating area at the front. The menu was...a little hard to follow, it was a bit jumbled up, but eventually opted for the Moussaka and the Lamb Cooked In a Wood Fired oven with a side of fried potatoes (chips!) and garlic pitta breads. The food itself was nice enough, the lamb was beautiful and tender and just fell off the bone. The Moussaka was also very nice as was the garlic pitta breads. The fried potatoes (chips) did not arrive with my food and it was a good 5 mins before a waiter came back out and I had to ask for them as it looked like they had been forgotten. When they came, they were bang average, a bit limp and not crispy as I would expect. The other issue I had was that the bill was delivered to my table with the main course which I found odd as I may have wanted to order another drink or a dessert but didn't get that option. I suggest only deliver the bill when the customer actually asks for it ! All in all, decent meal, let down slightly by the service.More

This is a nice place! The front garden isn’t the best part of the restaurant but the main space is very nice and warm! As far as the service is concerned, i have to say the guys there are very kind and eager to help!...I can’t say that the waiters are fully aware of the dishes they serve but anyway they are very very kind! When it comes to the menu, generally I am not a fun of the “I serve everything” restaurants since I prefer to know the type of food they serve and they are well at!!! We tried lamb ribs which were very juicy, I have to say that, but they had that characteristic smell of the lamb which I cannot deal with although the taste and the cooking was very good! The “dakos” salad wasn’t very strong and the grilled chicken tasty but a little overlooked! But that bolognese, my god, maybe one of the best I have ever had! Overall is a nice choice and with reasonable prices!More

Just returned from a lovely holiday in Ixia, Rhodes. On our first visit to Rhodes town we found this amazing restaurant and guesthouse. Right from the moment we arrived we were treated like regulars, a warm welcoming smile and amazing service from start to finish....The place is decorated in a traditional Greek style and the attention to detail is amazing. I can also say that it’s the cleanest place I found in the resort. Now for the food! Our first visit was lunchtime so we opted for the chicken club sandwich. Can honestly say they do not compromise on either portions or quality. It was absolutely delicious and I was barely able to eat half of it before becoming too full to finish it all. We decided we needed a second visit a couple of days later. This time we had the hot and cold appetisers with meats as a starter, followed by the special pizza. We only got one of each to share and again were not disappointed. The portions where huge and the quality was amazing. Also once again the service was excellent. We couldn’t end our holiday without a third visit. Upon arrival we were greeted like old friends and thanked for choosing to dine with them again. This time we opted for the oven baked potato with cream cheese, which was huge and delicious, accompanied by the pork chops and chicken pieces. Both outstanding quality and great portions. Made even better by the quality and professional service from every staff member. We were so impressed with this place and the staff that we asked for a card to contact them to book a room in the attached guesthouse which is equally as beautiful as the restaurant. We are eagerly awaiting our next visit.More
