We went to this place twice, it was the only sushi place in the area!! Great atmosphere and really nice sushi. We tried almost everything on the menu, the guy who made the sushi was very professional and every roll was delicious!! Best tuna we...had in SantoriniMore

Having eaten at Greek tavernas for 6 nights we wanted to try something else for one night of our holiday. Ginger Sushi was perfect. We booked a table for 8.30pm and watched the sunset at PK Cocktail Bar nearby and then wandered up to the...restaurant. The service was excellent, the waiters were so friendly and attentive (which I have found rare during our time here). The food was delicious. For two people we shared edamame, the roll of the day which was spicy tuna rolls, prawn tempura, gyoza, salmon nigiri and beef yaki soba. The only dish I would not order again was the beef yaki soba. We had a bottle of rose and the bill came to €112 with service which we thought was very reasonable given the quality of food and service provided. I would happily recommend this restaurant to a friend who was visiting Santorini on holiday. Thank you all for a lovely evening.More

Having come over from London we regularly eat at Nobu/ Roka etc and I can honestly say hands down this is the BEST tuna sushi we have ever ever had. The spicy tuna special roll was melt in the mouth tender and tops any household...sushi name you’ll eat at. The tuna is sourced from the Aegean Sea and shipped to Japan as it is that good. I CANNOT recommend the quality of this sushi highly enough. Really reasonably priced and so fresh. Def worth a visit, with fabulous views across the sea for the sunset. A hidden gem make the visit!!!!More

This place came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Fresh fish, delicious rolls and strong cocktails. We enjoyed the 15 piece chef’s selection and a variety of rolls and a few whisky cocktails. Excellent food and good service. The only disappointing factor was that...I wanted to sit in a corner area and they said it was reserved. We enjoyed our cocktails, food and more cocktails and spent a good amount of time at venue and no one ever sat in the desired area.More

Nice and cosy place in a Japanese atmosphere. The sushi was fresh and tasty and the salmon avocado tartar was delicious. Yet, the ramen definitely has room of improvement. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any Japanese dessert. If you are looking...for something else than the typical Greek cuisine Ginger is a good alternative.More

It seems strange to eat Japanese food in Greece but there is a good supply of local fish and vegetables. I had the Grilled Tuna Japanese Style and it was melt in the mouth delicious. My husband has the Mixed Tempura. There was plenty of...it and it was very good, as was the Eel Shashimi. I just had room for the Banana Spring Roll with Ice Cream. If we had stayed longer in Santorini we would have gone back.More

Greek food is wonderful but this is an Asian Fusion/Sushi oasis in the middle of Firostafani quaint town. The food, service & atmosphere were great !

I cannot describe how disappointed I am about the food experience!! Service, staff and atmosphere were good, so this bad review is exclusively about the food itself. This is probably the worst sushi I have ever had. The rolls weren't even rolled, and were falling...apart. Would definitely not recommend this place if you want a good sushi experience.More

Prices ranged from around €7 for 2 pieces of sushi, to around €30 for 8-12 pieces. The prices differed on what the sushi consisted of. In my opinion, the price reflects the standard very well.
