Arokaria is a local coffee place that serves nice desserts and homemade refreshments. The architecture of the place is also very nice!

We have been several times to this lovely place. The atmosphere is great, Variety of choice for drink and many snacks. We even listened live music there. The cafe is beautifully furnished with many wooden details. They have good Wi-fi connection as well. The stuff is friendly and polite.

Had a couple of beers here. When we ordered we got a plate of cheese, homemade pickles, tomatoes, different slices of meat. Along with the beers of course. Had a great waiter that was really pleasant and I recommend a stop here to at least rest your legs.

This restaurant isn't entirely bad, but it's totally unremarkable. The place is very nice but the food feels so uninspired. We made the mistake of eating in very popular cretan locations twice, once here and once in Chania. Places like this simply can't compete with more traditional tavernas located in the small villages, where they serve real traditional cretan food... More

This place looks nice and is in a nice setting, but that's about as far as positives go. The food we ordered was terrible, so much so that my partner sent hers back to the kitchen and I only ate mine because I can eat anything. She ordered lamb from a spit and what came out was old, dry, tough,... More

The food was pretty good here but everything else was just okay. The waiter we had was rude and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. The chairs are the most uncomfortable things I have ever sat it and it ruined the meal for me. I had rope burn on my legs from it. If you go here wear... More

Very friendly place, the tables are under orange trees, the food was authentically good, the service was in average faster than most other places, really would recommend this place, you see locals having lunch in there

I have come to this restaurant for the first time after passing it for many years when visiting Crete. It is absolutely beautiful, but the food is the worst I have eaten whilst in Crete. If this had been the first time I had eaten calamari, I would never eat it again! Avoid this place, spend your € elsewhere.
