This restaurant is popular because its dining room's big glass windows give an unforgettable view onto the red ochre cliffs. We were offered an 'amuse bouche' of mousse of topinambour and parsnips... delightful. I could have eaten this for my main meal. Then came a creamy asparagus soup, delicious. The fish I ordered arrived in a cloud of light-textured white... More

Staying a the hotel and had one meal at the restaurant. Nice selection of dishes on the menu and good service. The veloute dish was a great soup with a foam topping. Surprised when the main course of cod came with a similar foam topping. We tried other restaurants in Roussillion and they were all inferior.

We went for an evening meal for a special occasion. The staff spoke French and English. We had a table by the window as there wasn't any room on the terrace, which was a good thing as we still had the view but without the bugs. Great choice of both food and wine and fantastic service.

We decided to spend our last dinner in Provence here. We were not disappointed. In fact it exceeded our expectations! Foodies will love it. Inventive combinations that really worked well. The recommended local wine was excellent. At night, get a table by the window facing the cliffs. All in all, a very beautiful finish to an amazing holiday in Provence!

We ate here two consecutive nights on a demi-pension rate and we were not disappointed. There was a limited choice on the menu but the food was very well cooked and presented, and the wine list was not over-priced. A good choice if you are in the Luberon, and the view from the restaurant is fantastic.

We ate In this restaurant twice, each time choosing the fixed menus. The value for the money couldn't have been better. And the food - innovative, somewhat experimental to our experience, and absolutely delicious! Service was very good. We had a veal chop one night - truly did melt in our mouths. My husband had duck and praised it highly.... More

While the food and service in this restaurant are quite good, the view is what makes this place special. Roussillon is situated atop Mont Rouge and this restaurant is located near the top, overlooking the valley and directly across from the ochre cliffs, for which Roussillon is so famous. The ambiance here is hard to beat, and the meal is... More

This was recommended to us by a couple we met and without a doubt our experience was very positive. The menu was excellent ( great choices) and each of the four of us loved our food . Our service person close two excellent local wines for us. We highly recommend a luncheon on their enclosed terrace- just a lovely experience
