As others have noted, you will likely have to queue, but do, it's worth it you must try the moules, the restaurants own sauce is fantastic, traditional family run restaurant , dessert crepes are gorgeous we loved the banana flambé , and do try the cider , good value fresh food..

Very friendly service and beautiful views. Two dozen oysters went down well - the best I can ever remember having. The menu was simple - it's mainly a seafood and pancake restaurant. The savoury galettes, however, were pretty standard - just; mine was a little burnt. The desert crepes were fine and the ice creams magnificent. A hint: there were... More

Love eating there. The Moules Derwin are divine, good cider and amazing crepes and galettes. We go there every year. Scenary is outstanding. Highly recommended

What a great little place to stop when the sun is out. Right on the beach with a stunning view. We had crepes and they were really very good. You can eat on the terrace or indoors if you wish. Not fine dining Just perfect.

Ideally located on the rocky coast of Batz, this restaurant is an institution for more than 50 years. It's hard to judge it as anyone will go there with some emotional-non rational feeling. Just to give you an idea, the restaurant opens only at 7:00 PM and does not accept reservations. Despite this, at 6:30 people will start queuing so... More

Straightforward delicious local cuisine. Oysters, crabs, shellfish, excellent langoustines followed by the very local gallette (salted dark flour pancake) and then the rolled sweet pancake (crèpe beurre sucre) to finish. Superb cider served as drink.

We had galettes and "moules". It was very good. Service was friendly and fast. The sight is fantastic and direct on the rocks with the waves hitting the rocks next to the terrace.

Just driving past at lunchtime and saw signs. Car park looked full so doubtfull that we would stop. Luckily found a space and went in to very busy restaurant. Friendly waitress found us a table next to the windows looking out over the sea. The best mussels I have ever tasted and washed down with fine Breton cidre. All diners... More

This restaurant is a real institution of La Baule, created in 1955. The service is far away to be the best, crêpes are ok but not more (good but limited choice). Credit cards are not accepted, and booking is not available... However, it is for sure the best landscape of the crêperies at La Baule, right on the ocean, especially... More
