We ate at Nami twice on our last trip to Santa Teresa in December and really enjoyed it both times. The sushi is delicious and the portions are large, plus and service was very good too. The price are reasonable also. Definitely recommend it!

The atmosphere felt really good. There was a lot of people, but you could still have your own privacy with your friends or family. I had a noodle bowl with chicken, and it was the best noodles I’ve ever had, but to be honest a kid from the ages from 0-16 would think that it has lots of vegetables. The price is high, but it is worth it for what you get. The menu could have more items in it, and it definitely only has Asian food. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to kids ages 0-8. The service is good. I would say that this restaurant is amazing and could bring a good meal to people.

We ordered the tuna tartar, special #2, spider roll, crunch roll and the california roll. We also got three beers, the total being 43000 colones for two people. We were stuffed and very satisfied. The tuna tartar was amazing, could not tell the difference in consistency between the tuna and avocado, it was so fresh. Sushi came in a slow pace but personally that means it’s quality, and it was worth the wait. We could tell it was freshly made too, and it’s an open kitchen, so we were reassured it was made hygenically. The only downside was the tables being dusty, so they should be cleaned more often. Staff was nice enough, but a little too quick as they immediately wiped our table after eating, almost took my unfinished beer and generally visited the table too often. Just a personal preference. However, especially our main waitress, I think Celeste, was observant, nice and did not hesitate to give her honest recommendations and tips on what to order. All in all the best place we’ve dined so far in santa teresa.

I don’t understand all the amazing reviews about this place. Had our first experience of Nami last night and it was very underwhelming to say the least. Ordered a takeaway and after waiting a long time for it to be ready, then when we got home to eat it we realised that they got our order wrong and included several dishes that weren’t what we ordered. Very annoying. Then onto the food itself. Bland, poor quality ingredients and I question how fresh the fish was as it lacked any flavour and looked suspect. A few of the fried dishes were as if out of a supermarket ready meal or had been kept in the fridge for a week. There are far better and more authentic alternative sushi spots in town, kojis and katana for example. I would have given it 1 star here if it wasn’t for the friendly staff.

Having tried both Nami & Satori Terrace in Santa Teresa due to their 5 star reviews, I can honestly say, I don't know how people can compare the two? Nami is in a different league to Satori. Satori's menu is average, the sushi portions were tiny and the rice was hard ... the complete opposite of Nami where the menu had so many options I wanted to try, the size of the sushi served was plentiful and delicious and the rice was cooked to perfection. There is only one sushi spot in town for me, and it's Nami by a country mile.

the place looks nice located in the area of North Santa Teresa. Service is friendly but incompetent. Food is average and by far not worth what you have to pay for it. Miso soup is served in such a small cup the spoon hardly fits in.

We got sushi takeout from here and despite the fact that my hubby spilled the soy sauce on his way home, it was still some of best sushi I’ve ever had. Very fresh, looks beautiful and tasted divine. Service was great, highly recommend!!

Restaurant hours were posted to close at 10pm. We showed up at 830 and were told because of Covid restrictions the service hours was until 9p, understood. We were not able to be seated, but were allowed to place a take out order. The servers were very unfriendly as if we were causing them an inconvenience. We placed a to go order and were told it would take 25 minutes Ti make the order. We were not allowed to sit while we waited which when we left would have been before 9pm, within the Covid restriction hours. It seemed they didn’t want to have to wipe down another table, again making it feel as if we were an inconvenience to their night. Inside of my two sons abs I could have a drink while we waited, they only would serve us water. Very unfriendly services. Felt as if we were not wanted. No pura vida. I suggest trying the other sushi joint in town.

Delicious sushi, great service! Was not very crowded the night we ate in, but this sushi is the best in SantaTeresa. Tried Satori sushi down the road, funny smell outside and not as good. We had two rolls and 2 appetizers... it was plenty of food for two people, probably too much food for us. Looking forward to eating again at Nami.

This is a fairly small restaurant so make a reservation to ensure your table. The service was ok, the food came out in an odd order and one of us waited a really long time o get the noodle dish, which is a very small portion. The sushi rolls are well made and tasty. They’re a good size. The tempura is large chunks. It’s fairly pricey and not bad, I wouldn’t rush back.

I ordered a Nami poke and one cold sake for delivery. I asked ‘not spicy’. When it arrived, there was no sake - the poke had no sauce and was mostly rice. Costed me 20 USD, really not worth it!!!

Nami was excellent. It’s a quaint little pan Asian place, but everything is just right. Staff is friendly, the power went out (as usual) but servers were quick with the candles making it a cute date night. Everything we ordered was delicious. We were very satisfied with the quality and didn’t have to order too much to feel satiated.

The rolls were the piece de resistance! We sampled the pacific salad and the edamame as our starter. The ambience was as expected "pura Vida" with very pleasant and enjoyable music. Friendly and super attentive staff. We'll be back 💖

We arrived early and the place was empty... we were a little worried. We where pleasantly greeted and made our mind to stay. We ate half the menu and loved it all !!! The place slowly got busy and happy buzz. We will be back!!!

The place is very beautiful and elegant. The attention was excellent. I ordered the mal pais sushi and a strawberry smoothie, they were spectacular. Super recommended. As for the cost, very good, with just over 10 thousand colones, I was super satisfied.
