Luba Laruga is located right on the beach in the heart of Hopkins Village. We are right next to the public pier. We specialize in FRESH seafood dishes, but we serve chicken as well. Visit us if you want a very chill place with wonderful food at reasonable prices.

We stumbled across Luba Laruga Restaurant and had one of the best meals of our trip. Great and relaxing setting. Most importantly, food was fresh and delicious. Had the fish fingers, coconut rice, roasted potatoes, and a Belkin. Loved it!
We would have enjoyed this better without the side of “flies” ....possibly not their fault we realize as when you sit on a Sandy beach a few feet from the water with fish entrees the flies come in droves.

We had a hard time finding this place, it's just a little shack at the end of a road right at the beach. You could tell they cater to the locals, but I do NOT feel like we got scammed or taken advantage of.
