Arrived early to ensure we sat outside. Brilliant fish dishes for main but the deserts were a different class from anything else on the island. Churros are a must have. Highly recommend eating here

There's a lovely buzz in this restaurant - it's always a good sign when it's full of locals and you're the only tourists in there :-) In the end, this was one of our favourite meals on the island, and we happened on it by a chance-recommendation from the dive shop across the road - we were not disappointed! The restaurant is nice and well decorated, but the food is average, just like any other restaurant in the island.

Whenever we go back to the island we come back here. The food is amazing! We ordered the 'bobo de camarao' and we couldn't stop eating. This is a dish for sharing and is more than enough for a couple.

After 2 weeks of shrimp I needed some meat. Probably not the choice in this place. Steak should have been cooked medium, it seemed as though this didn't get relayed to the chef. It was also tougher than an old shoe. Some good reviews so maybe meat isn't there thing.

Cacimba bistro was a really nice surprise. I went to dine with my wife and we asked for an outdoor table, as you can sit on the floor and eat at tables that resemble the Japanese restaurants. For some people can get a bit un-confortable but it is romantic and a pleasure. I had the octopuss risotto, one of the... More

One of the most recommended restaurant in the island. Has a nice decoration and outside has a cool lounge where you can eat, drink comfortably. I ate Chicken with rice with curry sauce (PIC) and was very good. It's a expensive restaurant.

We went there to try the culinary from the chef and we went out disappointed. I just didn't give 1 only because of the lobster pastry, which by the way has a signature from a famous artist in Brazil and not from the chef. The caipirinha is water only... Cachaca or vodka were for sure not added to the drink.... More

It has an original interior and is at a great location. They serve very good salads and pastas and the portions are balanced. All the staff is very attentive. A diner here can be combined very well afterwards with a visit to the "cochoru-bar" for foro-music.
