Ended up eating here three times! Loved the lobster and fresh fish fillets. Great drinks, meal and atmosphere. Will probably eat here another three times when we return!

Our party of four decided to have a late lunch at Mawimbi. We had heard great things about the food and wanted to give it a try. We found the food to be fairly average compared to what we had heard. Service was pretty standard.

We've stopped twice during our daily beach bike ride to put our toes in the sand and get some refreshments. You can't beat the gorgeous scenery and atmosphere the owners have created. The guac/chips and ceviche with a cold beer or two have been the winning combo for us. Just don't be in a hurry... the staff work very hard... More

Fine Mexican and Italian cuisine in the most beautiful setting with your feet in the sand. Try the Lime Soup and the Carbonara!

We stopped here for lunch and we were glad we did. Lil gem of a spot with great food and great views. Service was ok. Ceviche was awesome and tacos were great. Beers were cold and mojitos were made correct. Just get there and hang out.

Just had a light lunch here. Seafood tacos. Very good, as is most seafood we ate on Isla Holbox. Good service and reasonable price. Pleasant seating on beachfront.

I highly suggest trying the Arrachera- SO GOOD. Also, for the price, the giant bowl of guacamole is a great option. The staff here is incredible. Very helpful and customer oriented.

We had a drink here and found the place very rustic and relaxed. Nice place to spend the afternoon on the beach relaxing. We were walking and stopped in for a beer and stayed for the rest of the afternoon. Nice staff and good prices. Enjoy
