This place came highly recommended by friends, so we chose a wet Saturday to drive there for lunch. We weren't disappointed. The vacant parking spots right outside suggested it wasn't going to be busy - and we were only the second guests. But by the time we left, there were another half-dozen tables occupied. If you just look at the... More

We enjoyed a delicious supper at The Union Street Cafe while travelling the Annapolis valley. First impression was that it was a cozy small town diner but were we in for a pleasant surprise. The menu was not typical but varied in choice, and as platters were served to tables around us our mouths watered making it even more difficult... More

We happened to be in Berwick the evening of a Blues/Jazz event at the cafe. We shared a massive pile of ribs and sweet potato fries, YUM! But the music was a real treat, Joe Murphy with his raspy bluesy voice was wonderful.

This is a great Café/Pub that has live local entertainment on the weekend. It's divided into two sections ,one with windows, tables and chairs. The other has a bar, stage, and table but darker. We at a the bar. We had the Club Sandwich with a greek salad and the Union Street burger and seafood chowder. The meal was great but the... More

Union Street Cafe - five of us went for dinner and a concert on a September Saturday night. We were a bit late and the room was full. But our reserved table was waiting. The food was good and the concert excellent. If they put more cheese on the nachos it would have been appreciated. There was a delay in... More

The food was tasty, plentiful and the menu had different options. A great atmosphere to meet with friends.

It was hard to find a menu online but after that everything was good. The waitress that took our call was knowledgeable and the food was ready in 20 minutes, as she said. I had a double burger (jonnys special) and my son has the apple burger. We also had the onion rings and some fries. All was still hot... More

We always have a meal or two at The Union Street Cafe. When we entered, the decor and personnel had changed. We were told that the previous owners had sold. In its current configuration, the menu has shifted from fine dining to pub style. Although there were two items on the menu that resembled the previous experiences, the majority were... More

I try to stop here whenever we go through Berwick. It's a casual but stylish place. The washrooms are immaculate. But the food is extraordinary! I had the Dragon's Breath Blue Burger. It would have been delicious even without garnish, let alone with the sweet tomato slices, blue cheese mayo, caramelized onions, crisp romaine, etc.! My husband was just as... More

A tasty place for lunch & craft beer with a fun vibe. The decor provides interest. The burgers and soups are yummy. It was National Hot Dog Day when we went so they offered a gigantic chilli dog as one of the specials .
