We stayed for two weeks and tried everything on the menu. Highly recommend the fish tacos. Actually it doesn't matter what you choose....they have an excellent chef and great service.

Beautiful restaurant with american fare and $$$$. Probably a little high for what you would pay in the states for the same - but you are in Dominica - and that type of availability and standard does not come easy.

From the Centipede Rum, Callilou Soup, and Shrimp Fritters, to the Caribbean Jerk Mahi and homemade Rum and Raisin ice cream, Pagua Bay Bar and Grill really delivered. Laureen and Jenny were amazing hosts and we enjoyed delicious food with breathtaking views of the bay. Highly recommended when in Dominica!

We were recommended this by our guest house host. Had the goat with rice and vegetables with homemade chocolate ice cream for dessert. Simply delicious! Our service was wonderful as was the view. A must!

The words on the menu don't do justice to how good the dining is at Pagua Bay. They're the same words you see on every other menu in the area, but the results are just better. Great ingredients, great design, great presentation, great experience. Take a simple example: I love callaloo soup and I've liked it every time I've had... More

Right off the main route on the east side of the island, elevated enough to see to the ocean and mountains. Sophisticated but not fussy cuisine, great local drinks, and good value for our meals. And if you're of a mind to, just steps from the dining area, you can slip into their pool overlooking the water

The location is just beautiful... terrace style dining, ocean view, and serenity....Food was first class - well prepared and spiced. Sous vide pork ribs were an unexpected treat. Ice cream was delicious. Cannot go wrong here!

After waiting an hour at Melville Hall airport I simply couldn't imagine another 9hrs awaiting the next flight. Pagua was a perfect escape from the airport frustration since it was less than 15min away, had delicious food, a pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, drinks of course, nicely manicured lawn, and great sights of the ocean. Couldn't ask for a better way... More

We had a 12 hour delay in our plane out of Dominica so took a cab here. Couldn't ask for a better place to spend the day. Staff was warm and friendly & food and drinks were outstanding!

We stayed at Pagua Bay House over the Christmas holiday week and ate most of our meals at Pagua Bay Bar and Grill. The food was excellent and we were never disappointed. Local ingredients were used wherever possible and there were lots of great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We loved the homemade bagels for breakfast. The special lobster... More
