Tapas are incredible, with tasty croquettes and good bread! We ate the local fish and loved it? Delicious food and nice place!

Obviously THE place to go. We were attracted by the decor. Food mediocre, pizza overloaded with cheese, no tomato sauce, no flavor.

A bit nervous about all the ‘only one visit to take your pic and post it on Instagram’ reviews but went for it as recommended in the Lonely Planet guide. We, as very non trendy fiftysomethings looking for a lovely lunch, were very happy with...our experience. Service was friendly and also plenty efficient enough for us (people complaining it took a while ten minutes to get their order taken have clearly never holidayed in the South Med countries before and need to relax a bit!) and the food was very good. After sharing the ubiquitous bread with allioli and olives, my wife chose the four cheese ravioli and I the Mallorcan black pork. I am told the ravioli was very good but I can say via my first hand experience that the pork was excellent, perhaps a little under how I would normally have it cooked but moist, succulent and flavour which suggested it had been marinaded for a week. Lovely. Would definitely eat here again based on this visit.More

Cassai is all about taking pictures and showing off. Service was bad, we waited ten minutes just to able to order. Food was then delivered in no time, but not even the wine or water was poured. Food itself was good, had the Luxe burger...which was perfectly cooked. It’s a place where you go just once, been there, done that.all other guest were glued to their mobile phones to post and IG - strange atmosphere.More

Really nice space inside and cosy, with al lot hanging plants and authentic interieur. But the food wasn’t what we expected. We ordered a plate of tapas, with i.a. tastless mushrooms. The main dish, a lamb chop was dry, and the desert, a cheese cake...was topped with a thick layer of citron (it feels like if you’re eating a citronella candle) We would not recommand this restaurant for a dinner, but just for a coffee or something it’s okay.More

My wife had a seafood spaghetti that didn’t taste well. My meat was not as I ordered it. The setting is really nice but the dood unfortunately isn’t. I would avoid it …

We liked the food a lot! Only waited we a very long time to order for our food. Also we orderd for the second time some drinks but they never came. Th food was outstanding! We would come back. I think to give some bad...comment it is the waiting to order some drinks or food. All the other things like the place, location, taste of food and drinks are so good!!!!More

No greeting at the entrance for many minutes. After making ourselves aware to one of the members at the bar and asking for our reservation we were responded with the word „nombre“ without any welcoming word and pointed (not walked) to a table which then...was chosen incorrectly by us and we were reseated to a bigger table after we were being served our drinks already. Obviously there is more attention paid to the little electronic reservation Gadget saying we are at the wrong table than to welcoming your guests properly and maybe just let them be seated where they are right now. This wouldn’t have happened with a proper welcoming and guidance to our table at the beginning by the way (train your staff in greeting your guests). We then ordered our main dishes and a bottle of water. The dishes were served promptly but we had to ask three times again for our bottle of water when eventually my wife went inside to directly order it a fourth time which finally did the trick. I ve been to the Cassai many times and years before and I clearly have to say this was the utmost bad experience I have ever had in a restaurant by far in regards to service. Food was ok but also was better some years back (of course thats a personal taste). Cassai has always left a great reputation in my head which I loved to share amongst friends and colleagues. As a side note: Its not only about reaching the top- its about staying there. Of course everyone can have a bad day but this service and unwelcoming and ignorant behavior is something no one should ever experience in the guest service industry. I would be ashamed reading about my guests being treated this way. The higher they climb the deeper they drop. Great job though by the lady that took our payment and our complaint at the end. She was the most professional of the whole evening.More

Rude welcome by staff (to note we are on honeymoon, so not a nice welcome to be told to come back for our seat, we had booked a table btw) very MEDIOCRE food - tried ordering burger, was told cant have. Opted for tapas- very...bland, croquettes seemed to be fried from frozen, again not nice worse I’ve had, calamari again didn’t seem fresh, Aioli was again not good had a weird consistency, husband ordered a ceaser salad.I could have made one better myself, didn’t even use Parmesan cheese just grated from a packet. Only good thing was the Daiquiri cocktail. I don’t often complain on tripadvisor, but don’t waste your money here at all. If you want proper Spanish food, go elsewhere!More

Great location, very tasty food but service is unacceptable. Waited for 40 minutes, no sign of getting served so had to ask if we could place order. Plates not cleared up then waited another 20 minutes and had to request our bill. Staff also rude...and miserable !More

We had an excellent meal here and were so surprised to find such a place somewhere as remote as Ses Salines. We have of course since learned that this is just one of 4 or 5 businesses the Cassai group have in the area. Food...was of a very high standard and also was the restaurant setting itself with cleverly decorated walls creating a very romantic and happy relaxed atmosphere. We will mostly certainly return.More

Wow, this place takes your breath away - the decor is amazing! We only stopped for a quick bite. Service was OK. Chicken Caesar salad was with iceberg lettuce instead of Romaine. Not great value either. Ouchy. But wow, the decor. Stunning!
