We had a great evening at Osteria il Campanellino! We arrived one hour before opening, but this wasn't a problem at all, the friendly and easy-going staff set up a special table for us. We had some really nice wines and good food. And: The view was absolutely amazing... We would recommand this place to everyone!

In Tuscany, after a hole week, you can tell good food from bad food, even if you are a person that never had it before. The food in this place was terrible! No taste, no spices, no textures! Awful! The service wasn't bad, but everyone seemed in a hurry, like they Wanted to pack up and go Home. Strongly desrecommend!

Stay for a lunch or a dinner in Barberino. Nice tiny medieval city in the core of Val d'Elsa. And get your meal at Il Campanellino. Nice and friendly service. Great view on the valley. Tasty typically local food. Just one remark: chocolate sirup should be homemade for dessert. Otherwise very thanks for this nice time!

Visited here a few times last holiday and we were very satisfied. The view is stunning, especially with the under going sun streaking across the landscape across the road. Staff were always very friendly, the food and drink was Always perfection and the service was in that typical Italian manner: we do our best to be as quick and efficient... More

Had a terrific family dinner in a wonderful Medieval village next to a beautiful church overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Ask for Patrizia if you want an English speaking server. She is the best and can help with other local needs for places to see or dine. Ciao.

Amazing location and scenery. The food is of good quality and recommend the tagliata di manzo and also the maiale steak. Good wine by the glass and slow but reliable service. I advice to book in advance.

Family of 4 people dining. Restaurant was busy but we'd booked and had a position on the terrace with a great view over the hills (and down to the petrol station immediately below). We'd eagerly anticipated the meal, but it was no more than average and parts of it were less than that; the chocolate fondant dessert was overcooked and... More

Great restaurant. Not to be missed if you are near Barberino Val D'Elsa. Wonderful food, excellent service. All courses should be tried! The Spinach Ravioli - a must!

We took a pasta cooking class as a family. The owners, a couple, far exceeded our expectations with their skills, teaching ability and the taste of the food. We highly recommend this place for a meal and their wines.

We met there with friends for lunch and were blown away by the beautiful location and the view right away. Marco is a wonderful host and the food was delicious - I love pasta with wild boar sauce! The antipasti were fresh and local and the kids loved the Gnocci so we decided to come back for dinner the same... More
