We met there with friends for lunch and were blown away by the beautiful location and the view right away. Marco is a wonderful host and the food was delicious - I love pasta with wild boar sauce! The antipasti were fresh and local and the kids loved the Gnocci so we decided to come back for dinner the same... More

This is a small and unassuming ristorante with outside sitting so one can enjoy the stunning views below as well as the pretty church and town of Barberino Vale D'elsa. The food is very good: after sitting down you will be given a small handwritten menu of the day's offerings. We shared the Tuscan plate of salumi and breads and... More

We stayed near Barberina for 3 weeks and liked this restaurant so much we visited 4 times. Our favourite dishes were the pappardelli with wild boar and the saffron, bacon and pistachio risotto. The service was always fast and pleasant. It is a very good local restaurant.

Our first dinner in Tuscany recommended by our Borgo. Great pici and Bistecca Florentine. Very busy and service was pretty good given the number of patrons.

We have been coming to Marco's restaurant for 2 years while staying in a villa nearby. We usually eat lunch and/or dinner at least 3 times a week. The location (outside dining overlooking the valley filled with vineyards and olive trees) is incredible, the service warm and inviting, and the food always fresh and flavorful. A must stop!

Went here as a family and can honestly say I wish I lived in Italy so I could come here every day. The views here are absolutely phenomenal. The food here is fresh and of a very high quality without such a high cost. The 'mediterra' wine is one of the best I have ever tasted and not too expensive.... More

My girlfriend and I dined here after a long walk through the Tuscan hills. The waiter was excellent and friendly, the wine and food were both delicious, and the view over so many olive and grape fields astonishing. We really enjoyed our meal, and the price was not too bad at all!

We had a magnificent dinner here . . . fabulous food and one of the best Brunello wines I've ever had. Marco and his team of professionals ensured it was one of the most memorable nights we had in Italy . . . not only that he helped us with securing some stunning nearby farmhouse accommodation. Nothing was too mush... More

Gorgeous location in this hidden old town. Simple menu but beautifully fresh food. Try the handmade pici - i had it with tomato sauce and garlic.
