Fresh fish but low quantities. Everything seemed okay, the space is comfortable and the workers are nice for you. However, we payed 58€ por 2 person and there was a lot less food than you would expect.

Very well done seafood dishes, good atmosphere, friendly chef - all we needed for a great dinner experience. Highly recommended.
Sicily is beautiful, Modica a fantastic place to explore! This restaurant is fantastic, they something for my children that not all places will have the time and patience! The food is very well prepared, fresh fish, fresh bread, fresh everything! The taste is to die...for! The kids... the chef, an angel with magic hands, prepared some pasta with garlic and olive oil! Simple, but made the kids extremely happy! The portions were perfect! You won my heart! We will go back!❤️More
Off the main road. We had a bit of difficulty finding Il Lupino, but so worth it! No written menu... Only the catch of the day... We started with crawfish and shrimp crudo. YES! RAW! And it was delicious! And then we had a pasta...with shrimp and pistachios pesto! Delicious! Coupled with a sicilian wine from the Etna region... Also delicious!More
Lovely service by Michelangelo and great seafood! We visited off season and still got well prepared and fresh seafood.
We had a little trouble spotting the hole-in-the-wall trattoria on a side street in Modica. Not only were the handful of tables at the bottom of an apartment building staircase but there seemed to be a pervasive fly problem throughout the city that day. We...were a bit apprehensive about eating there, until they served us the most amazing linquine with pistachio cream, shrimps and tomatoes. The simple dish was so delicious, I might have blacked out.More
This was my husbands best meal in Italy and for me it was tied with a restaurant in Marzamemi. Menu changes depending on the fish they get in. Just two guys doing all the work. They were both very nice and our waiter’s English was...good-better than our Italian. We sat next door in a cave like room. It was great. It was hard to find. We walked by it 2 times. We looked for it before it was open so the doors were closed and the name of the restaurant is above the doors painted on the building. And it’s down a side street/alley off the plaza in Lower Modica. We had to ask 2 people where it was. My husband has pasta with shrimp and ground up pistachios. I had grilled octopus. Everything was so fresh. He wants to back tonight again. You will enjoy it. Search it out. It will be worth it. Bon apetit.More
We had dinner with a couple of friends and our lack of Italian was no problem for the wonderful guy who served us. The seafood was fresh and tasty. Loved the Octopus, loved the pasta with ink.....great wine option offered to us too... this is...worth a visitMore
The food was absolutely amazing and the guys who run the place are lovely. The quality of the ingredients is just fantastic, could easily compete with the expensive sophisticated restaurants. Had the octopus and the pasta with gamberi and pesto di pistachio - was definitely...one of the best pastas I have ever tried. Can’t recommend them enough - amazing food, very warm welcome and they do pure food magic in that tiny kitchen. Thank you!More
We had a plate of small fried fish which was very well seasoned and had a delicious light crunchy batter - finished off with a squeezed lime - tasted amazing We also had a plate of grilled octopus and sardines which was just as good...- amazing flavours - we could have eaten several more plates of each ! Very reasonable prices and friendly staff!More
Here you can eat delicious and great dishes from sea food and fishes. We recomend this place everyone.
Reservations are a must here as the space is small and the word is spreading. This is really good pasta and seafood cooked very well in a lovely atmospheric restaurant for a very reasonable price. Do yourself a favor and just go!!
Fabulous laid-back and casual restaurant; very unfussy and focuses only on the food. Only a few tables there, so you have to book in advance. We particularly liked the frittura of deep sea small fish- truly delicious with a light and crispy batter. The pasta...dishes were also to die for; especially the shrimps and pistachio. Staff and chef are very friendly and sweet too.More
This restaurant is an absolute gem, we where looking for a place that had good food at a reasonable price. Well guess what, we found it and it delivered much more than we expected. It’s a seafood restaurant and the menu is what every is...delivered fresh from the fishermen of Pozzalla. We decided to share the three entries and three mains, all of which were fresh and delicious Including our drinks 4 beers, 4 wines the bill was $80, an absolute bargain Must visit restaurant Booking available via messengerMore
My wife found this place on a whim and we decided to try it out. It did not disappoint at all!!! The food was amazing!!! The serve only what the fishermen catch that morning so it’s an ever changing menu. The price is cheap for...the quality of food and the chef is amazing. But beware there is very limited seating so I’d get there early and enjoy a wonderful evening.More
