Arrived at 7.30 pm, they were not yet ready for catering but they warned us and we waited. We ordered, drinks were brought immediately, but for pizzas we had to wait quite a while even if the first arrived in the place. But the wait is worth it, delicious and always quality pizzas. Waiters friendly and kind even to our dog. Price in the norm. Good luck to the lady who is in the cash register and that this year we did not say goodbye. 🍀

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel and very nearly did not go as the reviews were mixed . It was certainly quiet . But we had a really lovely starters and excellent pizzas could not be bettered . Service was very good and friendly . The wine was though a little on the expensive side .

Ate there tonight around 7pm. The service was OK. Nearly empty at that time. For English people with a family, I think you will like the food. It's a bit of a tourist trap so you expect the prices to be a bit more. I do feel 5 euros for a glass of house white that was very average was a bit excessive. Living in a wine region where you pay 5 euros for half a litre of house wine which is very good, I think they should adjust their prices to reflect the quality. Would recommend eating in one of the fish restaurants which are more reasonably priced.

Unexpected surprise!

We were wandering through the streets of Gallipoli when we found this restaurant. In short the food was amazing I would give it a 10/10. The food is actually done "Napoli Style", so it was a nice change of pace from the maritime specialties that the Salento has to offer. The restaurant had a really nice vibe to it, like an old wine basement, through small windows located overall on the floor of the restaurant, the basement can be seen. The service was superb, friendly people always open to answer our questions and give us recommendations. We oredered a fried mozarella chesse acompanied with anchovies as an appetizer, a pasta Ragu with 3 different types of meat (beef, pork and goat) slowly cooked in a vegetable broth, the meat, presented in pieces instead of a typical minced presentation from Ragu, would simply melt in our mouths and a Spaghetti with tomato sauce. This dish was also a homerun, showing that sometimes the easiest dishes, can also be the tastiest ones. In total the experience was extraordinary and would reccomend it to anyone and we would gladly come back any time.

one of the worst experiences in a pizzeria in my life. We sit down at 9.24pm via reservation and order after about 10-15 minutes; the drinks arrived immediately (we ordered a beer and 2 bottles of water), but not even the pizzas. Only once the room has been emptied do the pizzas arrive at 11.05pm. On one margherita the sauce was very salty, while the others were at least ok. After dinner the cashier refused to let us do split bills, even though we paid in cash. You will never see our faces again

Three Sisters Review If the idea of the restaurant was to create a welcoming, comfortable environment, with more than excellent dishes, I must say that it succeeded fully. We stayed last night for dinner and compared to other locals in the center who are just waiting to pluck the vacationer on duty by presenting exorbitant amounts for miserable dishes, The three sisters managed to put the right quality and price ratio. The menu is quite rich (especially the pizza catalog) and as a wine tourist that only the wine catalog is more than discreet, presenting not only local grapes but also from other regions (and I must say that the house chardonnay is not bad at all). Even the waiters are not lacking in note, kind and welcoming, it is always nice to see a smile on your face and the staff of The Three Sisters was not lacking in this either. Experience 100/100. First of all, I'm starting from the assumption that I gave one star because I was forced to, otherwise it wouldn't even deserve one. Really poor service and very rude. They didn't even clear the appetizers that arrived with the pizzas (we had to clear our plates ourselves). They brought a pizza with completely burnt rocket, we pointed this out to the waiter and he replied that this was right, when he should have had it redone. Without words. The very rude and arrogant lady at the cash desk, like the rest of the staff, made a 1 year old girl pay the cover charge. Pointing this out, he started insulting everyone. I strongly advise against it.

Non-existent service, 1 hour of waiting for 2 margheritas, my son waited to eat his plate of sausages for 1 hour, without giving priority to a 3 year old like all restaurants do. Obviously, no longer hungry at 10pm he left most of his plate. I ask to take away the leftovers and I am given an empty tray left on the table. I had to pack the food myself. absurd! Pizza? Chewy, not leavened well. Years ago I found one of the best pizzas in Italy in this place, now you are absolutely nothing!!!

I visited "Le Tre Sorelle" in Gallipoli with my son. Unfortunately, during our visit, my son had an emergency and needed to use the bathroom. Despite the clear necessity and the fact that we had explained the situation to the owner, we were denied access to the bathroom. This experience cast a shadow on our visit and our opinion of this restaurant. I hope that in the future staff can show more empathy and understanding towards similar situations, especially when they involve children.

Nice pizza dinner in Gallipoli. We hade a Margherita and a Napoli , one Coca Cola and a bottle of water ( 1.5 lt ). The pizza was excellent and the service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Lovely pizza Neapolitan style and the parmigiana melanzane was also delicisious. The restaurant was air conditioned inside making a welcome change from the heat of a summer evening in Gallipoli!

Rude staff, all about getting you out ASAP !

Food okay, very quick service, food with you in minutes! However, it’s the same with getting you out, they bring new customers to standby your table pressuring you to hurry up, even though there’s empty tables!!! Told the owner as we paid and she just went “uh”.... my wife is Italian and all was said in a native accent!!!! They are just not interested in repete business as it’s a holiday venue!!! Go elsewhere if you value decency !

There are much better places in gallipoli than this one. Poor ingredients, nothing spectacular plus i had to remind the waitress that we are waiting for the change. Coperto is included so they try to rip you off just because you are a tourist.
