While on our way on visiting various places, we felt the need to eat and turned off the "motorway" at Pissouri to look for somewhere to eat. We saw the Hani Restaurant and decided to eat there. A good choice. Most pleasant people there serving,...including a great Scouser from home. Really friendly people. BUT the food was terrific and so reasonable! The owner sat with us to chat with us and even showed me how to make Cypriot coffee using sand, allowing me to make a coffee myself. We really don't recognise the description of a one rating I read. Perhaps an inveterate moaner or reporting another place! We will definitely go back next visit to Cyprus.More

The hani is a must if you find yourself in pissouri. The staff are great, so is the menu and the price it's all round a great place for a drink and a bite to eat. Anyone who's had a problem here might just be...the problem themselves! Enjoy!More

We were driving towards Pafos to spend the weekend and we stopped at Hani for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, we received no service. They left us sit on a dirty table, took them 15 minutes to get an order and after 45 minutes, we had...to leave the place as they kept ignoring us and not bringing the food (which was a sandwich!!!). They didn’t respect the fact that we had two small kids with ys who obviously get hungry 😋. Not to mention that the toilets were awfully dirty and smelly. A dangerous place to be used by small kids. The owners obviously still believe we are in the 80s.. I am ashamed that such places exist nowadays.More

We've been here a few times for the food and it's always delicious. The staff are friendly and always stop to talk. It's authentic cypriot food and coffee. I don't usually drink coffee, but here it's delicious and I even got to see how they...make it using hot sand. A great place and I'll be going back again.More

It is a small restaurant with traditional food for a reasonable price. The food is fresh and well prepared. I have been there a few time for lunch or only a coffee. The service us very friendly.

As other reviewers have commented this is an authentic Cypriot establishment offering food from 6am - 6pm. You get a couple of complimentary small bowls of appies - olives, pickled veg - and a stack of village bread in the afternoon. 4 of us shared...the village salad with feta (the small was enough) and spent 2 hrs chatting and enjoying our afternoon meals of moussaka, roast chicken, and lamb's liver. It looked like an impossible amount of food to get through but when you give yourselves enough time it's easy because it's all so delicious and relaxing, especially with a couple of glasses of village red. It's outside and below the main village area next to the Papantoniou Supermarket but is a quick enough walk of 20 minutes and your digestive system will appreciate the return uphill journey if you are staying in or near the village. Do not miss going to Hani if you are in Pissouri for a taste of what life and food in a Cypriot village can be. The family we are visiting said the breakfast was also delicious and we'll look forward to sampling that later this week.More

We always visit Andreas’s pancake stall in the village in the evening which is a perfect end to our night out. In the ten years we have been to Pissouri, we have driven past his restaurant but have never gone in. This time we went...in for breakfast and it was delicious! It is really friendly and relaxing and we can’t wait to go again!!!More
