You can order almost anything here. The staff are very attentive and the night we were there there was a live acoustic band which was lovely. There is lots of security around so you feel very safe. Don't expect your meals to all come out at the same time though. It's probably safer to have share plates, at least to... More

This is one of the more popular hang outs in Dumaguete for a drink. The food and drinks are so much cheaper compared to Manila restaurants serving the same quality of food. The best seats are by the bar. The servers easily notice you, hence service is really fast. I'll visit this place next time around.

Looks great, seems well organised, a good band started playing just before 10 pm, WiFi actually worked so better than any hotel I have used in the Philippines, very popular with young wealthier locals and a few expats but the prices are not expensive. The staff were friendly and efficient but the crab meat omelet and salad upset my stomach... More

The food is hearty and you get the sea breeze coming in while you dine. Not bad at all. Very laid back and relaxing. Enjoyed the scallops, garlic rice and nangka. Would definitely return to this.

Great food especially the Hayahay Special Dish. However, if you're on a tight budget, you might consider dining in other restaurants.

We've made 2 trips to hayahay. the first was OK, but the second was very disappointing. We started out with Calamari. My expectation was of deep fried, tender, juicy rings of sweet squid tentacle. what we got were chucks of fried squid that were maybe 3 inches by 1 inch. Tough and Chewy. I ate one and left the rest... More

This place was recomended by my friend. Honestly the food is good, I like their oyster/talaba. But the food seemed a bit pricey. And the place is too crowded, and please dont go there when its raining! And the worst part is, its hard to go home at night. You need to have your own ride as it is inaccesible.

This restaurant is readily recommended by resort staff as a must try place to eat specially if you love seafood. It was just so so. The crabs were tiny and were the last ones. The place is quiet noisy with loud tourists. It overlooks the sea so that makes up for it. Otherwise you wont miss anything not coming here.

This is a rather well known restaurant to locals and tourists here in Dumaguete. It is located on Flores Ave up from the seaport. Good points: second floor seating that overlooks the sea. A very diverse menu. LOTS of seafood. Contrary to most comments -- good service. Reasonable prices. Bad points: Electrical wires hang right across the view on the... More
