I got cheated Asked the waiter what was in the Royal Omelet and he told me that it had tomatoes, cheese, and ham. "Good, " I thought, because I don't like mushrooms. I ordered one without tomatoes. My omelet arrived with mushrooms. I asked why...and he told me I only asked for no tomatoes. I never thought to ask for no mushrooms because he didn't tell me it had any. I said it was alright...I would scrape them off and eat it anyway. He said "no" and that he would get another one. I mentioned that it was all right, that I would just keep it and scrape off the mushrooms. Again he said, that he would get another one and took my plate. My problem was that I thought this was like a normal restaurant and they were concerned with good service. When the bill came, he said that they were charging me for 3 omelets because it was my fault. lol! I said I would keep the thing!!!! He took it, had an audible fight with the chef and then cheated me. Very lame...More

We all know how complicated it is to balance a very short time, as it is available on our working lunch brakes, with the need for a decent meal, which would reduce the stress coming from the first half of the day, allowing the energy...to carry on over the second part of it. For this reason often we decide to either bring something from home, or even skip the lunch altogether. Well, not in Atyrau. How about... A perfect lunch brake, with a good meal, sitting at one elegant restaurant managed by an internationally recognised Italian Master Chef... Sounds fantasy. Especially if you consider the price, absolutely in line with market and expectation. In other words LOW! This place does exist, his name is Jida, and it is in Atyrau. The good news is - (yes, another one), this place does not only work for business lunch! Seems to be good for evening dinner either alone or with your friends, with a vaste selection of wines and a very interesting menu to go along with it... Can’t wait to try it, and go back here to you guys for the next review...! Cheers, EmanueleMore

I would probably say this is my favourite place to eat in Atyrau. I always eat in the smaller restaurant on the left as you walk in, even in the summer. The menu has a wide variety of dishes to suit almost anybody a the...quality of the food is excellent. I have had both pizzas and pasta here on a few occasions and I have always enjoyed my visit. The place is good for both couples and families and is also reasonably priced.More

Nice entourage and reasonably priced business lunch. Variety is an issue though. Service was not at its best probably because it is a busy place at lunch. I was left to fancy a visit for dinner to see how the place transforms.

If you want to feel good, to feel appreciated, to see the best wine offer in Atyrau, to eat the food you usually eat, but prepared and served in a different way - don't think too muck. Just go to Jida!

After tried once during my job period in Atyraū l’ve always came here. Location is very confortable, food has good quality and sometimes excellent, service is fast ... all of this with Salvatore let you feel to be in Italy. For sure the best restaurant...in Atyrau.. at least for Italians. Price is higher than the average but i doesn’t matter at all for what it gives back!More

The reviews were good for Jida and they weren't wrong as we visited this expansive Restaurant in Atyrau. Whilst there's a strong connection to the owners Italian roots both in terms of food & wine the Menu is vast and varied with choices from all...across the world... Spring rolls to start, then a wonderful Mushroom Soup followed by a tasty Pizza washed down by a nice bottle of French Gerwurtztraminer wine! Service and atmosphere was good and good value for a pleasant evening out in Atyrau...More
