What more could you ask for. This restaurant ticks all the boxes!. Discreet service that was prompt and extremely efficient. We had an extended lunch and why not. When your in this environment your a million miles away from care. Food is first class with well deserved hats . I may add that the mushrooms, as relayed to me by... More

Dined here at lunch today. The intense flavours and finely honed cooking technique shone. An amuse of perfectly ripe pear with creme fraiche and anise powder was clever and sublime and the kid perfectly cooked. This guy handles broad beans like Messi handles a soccer ball. An (overall) unforgettable experience. Some "tweaking" needed: 1. The quality of glassware needs improving... More

We arrived at 12.30pm and chose the degustation menu. By 1.30pm, we'd had the first dish and the same pace continued from there. We waited up to 40 minutes between dishes and honestly, if you are still eating lunch at 4.00pm, you're slightly over it by that point. The dishes were reasonable but I wouldn't say on-par with other 2... More

We had a lovely lunch for my dads birthday and we enjoyed the degustation. Catching the ferry was easy from palm beach and the restaurant arranged a water taxi for later. The service and knowledge of the staff was better than excellent and the food was delicious. Cant wait to go back and try their other dishes!

We enjoyed a Saturday night stay here, with 3 course dinner and basic breakfast included as part of our accommodation package ($640 for 2 adults in the more spacious and modern of their 2 rooms) Dinner was as you'd expect from a hatted restaurant. Perfectly balanced flavours and textures. Dietary requests were accommodated and service was wonderful. A couple of... More

Worth the drive through the Kurringai National Park to the hidden idyllic location of Cottage Point. Peaceful and visually splendid on a tributary of the Pittwater, to be wined and dined from a first class menu and wine list. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

Our stay at Cottage Point Inn was simply unforgettable. On arrival, the breathtaking view was revealed bit by bit as we meandered down the steps. Once at the bottom, there, perched right on the water, was the picturesque Resturant. Wow! We had the Degustation lunch and were delighted with every course. What a sensational experience. Each dish beautifully presented, so... More

Visited the restaurant and cottage for birthday celebration. Food and service were amazing, staff was incredibly helpful. Enjoyed the degustation, not with matching wines but asked for recommendations. Room in cottage was great too. Highly recommended for couples, getaway, celebrations.

My husband and I stumbled upon this amazing restaurant. I've heard of this venue over the years so imagine our delight when we decided to go for a drive and found ourselves here for lunch one Thursday. Our only disappointment was having to drive and therefore not being able to indulge in the degustation with matching wines. Both our meals... More
