A recommendation from the bartender at Drake's (Heidi) in El Conquistador led us to try this fabulous spot. We called the day before for an 8PM reservation on Sunday night. Thank goodness we did. The place was packed and hopping all night long. Locals, tourists, and whomever seemed to be enjoying this spot. We started with Puerto Rican Fried Cheese... More

Where to start, the fish filled with shrimps (yes you read right, fish filled with shrimps) was sublime. It was most definitely one of the most delicious meals I have had. It was pure foodgasm and the price was low in comparison to the fantastic experience. The atmosphere was a bit full and not to cosy but you wont care... More

Had a nice family dinner here. The cazuela (seafood stew in creole sauce), shrimp mofongo w garlic cream sauce and fried calamari w passion fruit dip appetizer were all solidly above average renditions of these plates. Service was friendly and efficient with solid recommendations and a friendly, welcoming attitude. Many Spanish speakers here, few Americans when we were there which... More

I've visit few times a year this restaurant. In my opinion is one of the best you can find in the east part of the island. Elegant, cozy and family ambient. All the employees and servers are friendly and courteous. Our server name was Bryan and he did a great job! This time on a Sunday evening, we began with... More

Read reviews on TripAdvisor and couldn’t agree more that this is a wonderful find! I had the salmon with scampi sauce with tomato. Cooked to perfection, flavorful without being overpowering and just simply delicious! My partner had the Red Snapper Ceviche and he was delighted by the presentation, the taste and texture of this beautiful meal (and he’s a chef... More

We went on Valentine's Day - so I suspect it was more crowded than usual but.... Took two hours to eat and I'd say an hour and a half of that time was spent waiting. Restaurant is large. They have parking. Very clean, everyone is nice. Relatively fancy and fairly expensive (and I live in NYC). The snapper ceviche was... More

Oh how I'd love to give this place a fantastic review. The food was very good -- fried whole snapper, a delicious fish stew, ceviche-- but wow did it take forever. We were patient for the first 45 minutes without food but it got harder with each tired, hungry minute that passed after that. We just waited. And waited. It... More

On our last night on the island, we stopped in here for dinner. I ordered the red snapper while my husband had the Cazuela de Mariscos. The red snapper was excellent, and my husband enjoyed his dish as well. The restaurant is very close to the resort so take the time to venture away and enjoy a quiet meal in... More

Two couples traveled to this tiny fishing village in Puerto Rico to celebrate Valentine's Day...Not expecting to find this this jewel with excellent seafood and service. appetizers: small "alcapurias", fried calamari rings with a "parcha" mustardy salsa were a perfect start. The mignon of grouper stuffed with shrimp in a pink "piquillo" sauce was made to perfection, a truly gourmet... More
