This restaurant rocks! The food is all freshly prepared and delicious.
Naysha was a terrific server! She helped us choose the best dishes and told us all stories about Puerto Rico, too.
Ozzie did a great job of managing the place, too.
We came to Kasavista before a kayaking tour of the bio bay. It was so convenient and the food and service were fantastic! We had the mofongo with shrimp and whole red snapper. The snapper- wow! So delicious. Our server was Juan; he was incredibly...kind and helpful with recommendations. Would come again!More
Came for a late lunch my first day in Fajardo. The larger mains were a little expensive so we opted for some apps and dessert.
We ordered the sampler platter and octopus app (arepa). They were out of conch that day. The sampler included fried...cheese with guava sauce, chorizo, calamari with aioli, and grouper bites with tartar sauce. The grouper bites were the best part of this. A lot of salty fried stuff to have all at once but it was delicious nonetheless and the sauce helped to cut the fat. The octopus arepa balanced it out a little, even though the outside crust is also fried, the cool tender octopus salad with greens was refreshing.
The coconut flan and tres leches cake were both really delicious - my only gripe would be that the bottom of my tres leches was burned. If it weren't for that it probably would have been the best tres leches that I've had. The textures and flavors were great on both desserts.
The server and owner were both really friendly and attentive.More
Great staff and one of the best meals on the trip for us, but they seemed to forget folks sitting outside and the table next to us had half of their orders mixed up. Also the wooden porch where the outside oceanview seating was placed...shook and wobbled with any step or tapping foot. The music from the next door porch drowned out the music from this establishment and the competition between the sounds was a little annoying.
Honestly though, a great meal and we'd go back... just likely sit inside where all of my complaints would likely be solved.More
We had dinner there and it surpassed our expectations. The seafood was local, fresh and well prepared. The waiter was top notch. We found this through TripAdvisor and were glad to locate such an exceptional restaurant.
We had a bio bay tour and some time to kill between our drive from El Yunque and the start time for kayaking. We stopped here and were very glad we did. Everything we ate was delicious, the service was excellent and we enjoyed a...very peaceful time sitting on their deck enjoying ocean breezes. We started with the coconut curry shrimp, which was fantastic and my wife got the panko crusted grouper (delicious) and I got the churrasco (very good). Great meal.More
One of the best meals we have had so far in Fajardo. Located on the waterfront, it's a nicely decorated place with some excellent entree choices. Our waiter Allen was a great server and the food was on point. I can recommend the roasted chicken...breast and the grouper filet. Salads and drinks were also very good and I thought the prices were reasonable compared to other less good restaurants we have tried. We hope to return before leaving Fajardo.More
Amazing! No expectations and we were blown out of the water. The steak, fish, lobster, calamari, fish nuggets all fantastic. I’m from Texas on the border of Mexico and this might be the best tres leches I’ve ever had. Please do yourself a favor and...eat here.More

Just as Jodi stated you can walk there from the hotel. the only thing i would add is when you get to the dock go to the LEFT towards the condos and the employee gate. The walk may seem like you are going nowhere but once you get around the bend in the road you will see the little town. This is also where you go see the bioluminescent bay. dont book through the hotel cause they will charge you $10-15 for cab each way when you can easily walk. BTW Kasavista has great paella!!
