Gladys was very welcoming and gracious. The food was beyond compare. The rooftop view was wonderful. Be aware there is no inside space so you will experience the weather as it is but the umbrellas did a great job of keeping us dry.

This was by far the absolute best dining experience we had in Puerto Rico. The host graciously met us at the top of the stairs and thoughtfully suggested the shady portion of the dining space. We were greeted by Gladys as we sat down, who made us feel as though we were in her personal dining room. She explained the... More

Gladys goes above & beyond to make sure you will have a great stay! The food was delicious & our stay was great. We had breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the ocean! Everything is homemade and often with fruits from the garden. The private rooms are cozy and safe. You will have the works -- air conditioning , tv ,... More

If we could give extra stars we would. The food was good and the staff even better. The owner was warm and friendly and made our meal that much more enjoyable. Even rain did not take away from our time at Las Vistas!

Wow, what a great brunch place. Gladys was the nicest, friendliest, kindest, most thoughtful restaurant owner ever! Fresh fruit platter from her garden and her neighbors trees was complimented well by her ginger, honey, cinnamon sauce. Smoked salmon Benedict was awesome, and my wife enjoyed her Florentine. Kids loved the French toast. Fresh squeezed OJ! The view was fantastic with... More

Parking here is very difficult, so be prepared to park and then walk back. The actual restaurant is on the rooftop of Glady's house and it's right across the street from a church. This is a family owned and run eatery and they do fantastic work. I wasn't really hungry until I began to eat and then I began consuming... More

I have tried every brunch on the east side of PR- and this is TOPS! Everything is fresh and made with love. Big dishes, quality ingredients, and the hostess/owner Gladys serves a lot of love. my husband loved their coconut pancakes (made from scratch and with loca coconuts), I had florentine eggs (made to perfection), friends had huevos rancheros and... Walking up to the restaurant is like walking into your grandmas house. The owner Gladys meets you, learns your names, then makes sure everything is to your liking. Bring an appetite as you won't leave hungry. Parking is a bit of an adventure, but learn to park like the natives and you'll be fine.

We ate breakfast at Las Vistas and I was really impressed with how fresh everything was. Fresh fruit and veggies can be hard to find in Puerto Rico, but they were generously provided here. I also like the fact that so much was sourced locally -- the mangoes were from the neighbor's garden, other ingredients came from owner Gladys' garden.... More
