Ballyhoo is the primary lunch restaurant located at the marina part of the El Conquistador hotel property. Therefore, if looking for lunch without leaving the wharf, this is your spot unless you want to venture outside the hotel property. Food is typical casual pub grub with upscale island drinks and an amazing view of the ocean front. Prices are typical... More

You have to try the rice and beans with "Churrasco" and plantains, I've been around the island with my family eating Churrasco but at this place is just awesome.

I jumped at the opportunity lunch by the waters with spectacular views of Palomino Island. It was nice to sit and have an enjoyable lunch while we waited for the ferry to Palomino Island. Our host/server William was attentive; the food and drinks were pretty good.

Good Nachos and a quick snack after a long day on Palomino Island before you go back to your room and get ready for dinner.

The service at the "restaurant " is absolutely terrible! There were 4 other guests at the bar. I sat for about 19 minutes before 1 of the 10 servers/batenders waited on me. Bartender never even acknowledged me. Beautiful view. Only reason to dine here. Dont waste your time or money. Go to one of the 10 pools for excellent service.

The view of the ferry and other boats coming and going is a very relaxing view as you sit in the shade and enjoy drinks. They serve a wonderful Mojito. We did not order food.

We had a nice casual dinner here. Food was fresh and good. Not much for atmosphere as the restaurant was very quiet and almost empty.

After eating there, we decided to eat outside of the resort. Expensive for the amount of the food you get! Very Average too. Nothing special. Drinks were not that good either!

We liked stopping by here after getting off the ferry for drinks and food. Large comfortable bar with island breezes.

After a day on the beach on the amazing Palomino Island we were looking for a chill out place to have dinner. This is the place, we enjoyed having cool drinks and beers with a Hamburger of great flavor and I had their Quesadillas mmm yummy . Friendly staff and the view is beautiful. So so recommend it.
