Delicious food and excellent view!

We loved everything about this place. It's just off the main road (use GPS) and has a parking lot. We sat at a romantic table facing the water. Our server was excellent and we went with his suggestions. The Red Snapper is incredible. Everything is fresh and high quality. It's very casual and... read more

We were quite disappointed with the noise level, the disinterested waiter, the cold bread and the mediocre quality of the food.

We had a few hours before the ferry left for Vieques so we gave this place a shot. We were greeted right away and seated as the sun was setting. The service was personal and welcoming. We ordered a few drinks and watched the moon. We ordered and the food came out within fifteen min. Everything we had was prepared... More

We stumbled into this great place when we decided the upscale restaurant up the street wasn't authentic enough for what we were looking for. La Ola was prefect, great service, awesome food. We asked the server at the end of our meal to call us a cab, instead THE OWNERS DROVE US HOME FOR FREE, they are amazing.

So, my husband and I decided to stop in based on the review. We sat on the dock in the wind, ordered drinks pretty much right away, then waited 15 minutes (at least) for them to be dropped off at our table. We've been here about a week, though, so we know waiting for our food longer than usual is... More

Hi! I'm very sorry for your wait, it's unacceptable to make you wait so long, we'll gladly work on that but what's really unacceptable for me is for you to say you might get sick because there was no soap in the restrooms. In first place our employees have their own place to wash their hands, they have sanitizer on... More

We came for dinner but opted to just order tapas instead. Thinking it would be quicker. Waiter William is too nice, he lingers. Jumping from one table to another and forget to bring our drinks after 15 mins. The older gentleman is trying his best to cope up with orders from four tables. Maybe it's the island thing, everybody seems... More

La Ola was right next to our apartment so we ventured over to grab a beer and ended up staying for lunch. The guys working there are terrific hosts, teaching us Spanish and recommending places to go. The food was top class: fresh snapper, plantain, mofongo and coconut shrimp all cooked perfectly and full of flavour. That food, 4 beers... More

We had dinner here without reservations. We sat on a dock right on the water. There were a lot of locals with good reason. We had delicious peach sagrillas. We ordered only tapas and all were delicious. The coconut shrimp were fried perfectly. The sausage with mange go cheese and fruit also delicious. Beef and peppers just right. An especially... More

Oh well, what can I say? My favorite place to chill, leave work stress behind and hang out with friends while enjoying a great coconut mojito which Willie the bartender has already served when I arrive. (Excellent service huh?) The food? I think I already ate every single item and its delicious. Last buy not least, Bayron always make our... More
