We visited Stingray Cafe twice while staying at El Conquistador. It was probably the best food we have ever had. Everything was perfect and worth the money, and the service was excellent.

First time I visited this restaurant. Fast services and very good treatment. Warm and nicely decoration. The food is fresh and has very good taste. The menu doesn't have much to choose but ether way what they have is good.

The menu and food looked great at Stingray Cafe by the marina and our waiter and the manager were very welcoming. We ordered a few appetizers to start, chicken skewer for our son, and a nice bottle of wine. Within a few minutes we noticed little fruit flies around us and as soon as the wine came it was crazy... An afternoon couple dinner in a nice restaurant. We had a paella and churrasco with mofongo (day specials) with a pumpking soup. The soup was excellent!!! The paella was OK and the churrasco was really tender. All waiters were so customer oriented they really made our evening really nice.

We had a wonderful meal. Tiger shrimp with Risotto was a wonderful appetizer, huge shrimp. The swordfish was delicious. We had the creme brûlée for dessert which comes with cinnamon cream and a plantain. A bit pricey, but no complaints.

Enjoyed our meal here; however was somewhat pricey and service was just average. The food quality was very good and it was convenient since we were staying at Las Casitas.

Great food in the more laid back marina - everything was delicious and sitting outside it was the best spot in the hotel.
