At the hotel we were advised to stop at the Stube del Dosson for a good lunch and we were not disappointed: the location was beautiful, in the middle of the ski slopes, the structure was warm even if it was very large. Beautiful place, clean, nice, elegant and very kind staff. That said, we had two plates at the self-service, inedible. One was “goulash” with polenta: ten beef tiles, hard overcooked and stubble, in a tomato sauce straight from the jar. The other was pork shank with potatoes.
