I really really love Stella d'Oro and I can honestly tell you that it is the very best restaurant that I have eaten at on the entire island of Corsica. It has been family owned and lovingly operated for over 50 years. I have had the pleasure of visiting it on and off for the last 10 years. It had... More

Quite old fashioned restaurant that prides itself to serve the same dishes for 50 years (Heard that a few times during our dinner). Overall not bad, but starters are priced around 30eur and 100g of fresh fish 12eur. Way too much - this is really Bonifacio prices for tourists. Execution of the dishes is not without expertise, but lacks creativity... More

This little restaurant had the best food of our week long small ship cruise mostly along the Amalfi coast. Their lunch trio was absolutely amazing, great flavors. It included the local stuffed eggplant specialty, home made ravioli, and a vegetable lasagna type dish, not anything like what we get in the States. Good friendly service, this was recommended by our... More

After visiting the Bonifacio citadelle we stopped at this restaurant located close by. The service was professional and friendly. The food was authentically Corsican, tasty and delicious. A great experience!

This is a white tablecloth restaurant in Old Town Bonifacio, with ambiance but no view, recommended by a tour guide. We visited for lunch with fellow travelers from a small cruise sailing yacht. The tasting menu for 28 Euros seemed a bargain to us. We started with baked mussels, then had the eggplant special with a pasta side and a... More

Nice restaurant that serves typical Corsican dishes along with good Italian pasta varieties. It's bit on the expensive side but definitely worth it. We had a grilled who's fish that was perfect.

Went here with our friends after sailing into Bonafacio one night. This place is really a great find. As long as you're able to make it up all those stairs from the port. Our group tried almost everything on the menu and some things I recommend- the Aubergine and mussels appetizers-SOO Flavorful and very good! We also had a huge... More

This was our favorite restaurant while in Bonifacio...The restaurant has been owned by family for generations. The wines were wonderful, the service amazing, and the food both typical and unique to this area. The soup de poisson and the pasta langoustine were the best I have had. Truly a memorable and unforgettable experience for myself and the other six in... More
