One dish tasted great. It was hot and well-spiced. We also ordered Jocon, because we loved it at a spot in Antigua. This jocon was luke-warm and didn't have the same fresh flavors as my first encounter with it. I felt like absolute garbage the next morning. The jocon, along with all other stomach contents, ended up on the street... More

A very nice restaurant to taste typical Cobán food in a clean familiar environment. The restaurant has awards for their steak with cardamom sauce. You can also purchase candy on your way out.

I loved this restaurant. I had the Kak Ik, or turkey soup. I loved the flavor and the presentation. It was pretty dramatic to have a turkey leg sticking out of my bowl! The server also brought a chocolate drink and a sort of appetizer before the meal, which was an unexpected surprise. I thought that the service was excellent... More

This is a traditional, anything but your regular "turkey soup". I had it as an early afternoon meal and I didn't need a thing to eat for the rest of the day. Mine came with a turkey wing, others might come with a turkey leg. It was served with rice and two small tamales which I added to the soup... More

I come here every year for the half marathon of Coban and it's always a pleasure being treated with a very good service and delicious food. It's 2 blocks from the central park of the city of Coban, very good location.
