We stopped here 3 mornings before hiking for a quick breakfast. It was one the only restaurants opened that early. I think it was 7am. We loved their breakfast sandwiches. They were fresh and hot. Yummy!!

More and more American restaurants are going away from the usual high calories menus. Cafe Soleil is one of them and proposes healthy food at fair prices. We went there for dinner and had very good, fresh and tasty salads. Near the end of Springdale...More

Enjoyed a wonderful organic salad here eating outdoors on the patio after a ling hike with friends. Two weeks later I was back with my hubs to enjoy it again. Excellent smoothies and coffee! A small place but the staff work hard to be accommodating.

We went here after hiking at Angel's Landing. We had a long day and this was just what we needed. We had coffee and smoothie. This place also has foods, but we didn't order food. It's a good place for drinks and American foods.

I grabbed a panini here my first morning in Zion, not expecting too much. It was so good, we ended up eating here another couple times during the week. Breakfast scrambles are also great, the menu is extensive. They'll wrap your food for hiking as...More

We had salad, sandwiches and wraps. All were fresh and unique and the best tuna salad I have eaten. The strawberry banana smoothie was my hubby's favorite.

This is a great place to get breakfast or coffee in the morning and a wonderful assortment of sandwiches, wraps, and salads for lunch. You order at the counter and they bring your order to your table. Limited seating, but laid back atmosphere.

We stopped in for an afternoon pick-me-up. The coffee was good, and there were still come almond croissants available. Very tasty! And not too expensive. We were glad we came.

jmwonderer I think you might of meant to leave a review for Sol Foods , not Cafe Soleil. They aren't a grocery store

Hi Sarah, You review said only pastries in the late afternoon. I go there often and they always have sandwiches and salads. That is what they are known for and their homemade soups. I am confused by your review. Did you arrive just at closing?
