Didn't buy much in the line of grocery items while visiting Springdale but did need a few things and wondered around this lovely grocery store/market. They had a lot more than I expected to find.

Sol Foods is the only grocery store in Springdale, so they have a monopoly on that area. They have a very wide assortment of products, ranging from unique items like local bee pollen to fruits/veggies to beer and souvenirs. If you're able to come to Zion with snacks packed (protein bars, etc) that will save you a ton of money... More

Although it is tourist pricey, Sol Foods will serve your needs two ways. First it is the grocery store In Springdale with a wide stock of grocery and general merchandise items including camping and tourist items. Secondly, it is a good deli, with prepared foods, sandwiches and salads. It also has covered parking.

We spent a week in Springdale with extended family. This is the only grocery store in Springdale so we shopped here several times. It's very expensive, but you're paying for convenience. If you're staying for several days, it's best to stock up in a larger town on the way here (such as the Costco in Hurricane a half hour away).... More

Little pricey, but just the area, but if you get a few things for the fridge in the hotel (granola bars, fruit, drinks) ran me about $25 for the week.

After eating in a local restaurant and not being happy with the place, we stopped into Sol Foods for lunch and snack items. We noticed the fresh, well priced, prepared salads and other items and decided that our supper the next night after hiking at Zion would be from Sol Foods. Although we intended to go to other restaurants during... More

Awesome grocery, deli store, underground parking. Bring your own bags or use their empty boxes to carry out good. Deli makes it exactly as you like for a hike to The Narrows to enjoy. Cool souvenirs found here. Very cool grocery store. We visited it every day for 5 days to get our supplies to hike.

We came here to pack for our hiking adventure. They have all the necessities that a little local market can have. You forgot your sunscreen, insect repellent, protein bar, energy jelly beans? Not a worry! They come through. We bought water, nuts, energy bars and some goodies for that late night munchie call. If you need provisions for your hike,... More

This is a small grocery store that has everything needed for hikes. They have great fruit selection, lots of bread, deli that has plenty of choices for meat and cheese, drinks section, and many other items. They charge 5 cents per plastic bag, if that's a big deal to you then bring your own bags or carry your stuff. The... More

It was the only grocery store in town, and luckily it had everything you need. It was well stocked, clean, had good underground parking, the folks were friendly, it was clean.
