We came on a Sunday and stopped after driving through Zion National Park. We were seated right away on the outdoor patio. We had heard they have very large portions so we decided to split the grilled veggie enchiladas and it comes with beans and rice. It was plenty of food for the two of us. We ordered chips and salsa and guacamole. Chips do not come with the meal if they are ordered they cost extra $3 for bottomless blue tortilla chips and salsa and $5 for guacamole. It lacked salt and seasoning so we added salsa and salt from the table and then it tasted great. Staff was not very friendly but food came out quickly and was hot and tasted good.

Our family (9 of us) had dinner here and loved every entree we ordered! We had the maple glazed salmon salad, chicken chimichanga, burgers and quesadillas. Everything was wonderful with generous portions. The restaurant was very busy but we were served right away and the waitresses were very attentive. We never had to search for someone if we needed something. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

Had dinner here recently. Though a very inviting and airy place to eat with generally a moderate wait time, I found the food to be good but not great. My ribs were ok but noticeably dry — not the succulent ones that are always advertised. Probably pre-cooked and then heated up. My sons’s chicken burrito, while huge, was also dry and tasteless. My wife’s salad, was normal and non distinct. The service was efficient and the atmosphere was pleasant. The have ample beers on tap— very nice. One thing though, you have to order chips and salsa from the menu — they will serve you a wholesome portion, but it is not gratis as normally done in restaurants. The prices were a bit on the high side. Overall, good food but not great!

Went there after a long day at Zion park,The food was very bland the salsa was out of a can, we told the waitress the the food had no flavor she was very rude, and told us we could just leave then. When you serve food you should listen to the consumer. I read reviews before going and I'm sorry to say I'll never go anywhere else based on reviews..

We ate dinner at this restaurant 3 nights in a row. The meals are large, tasty, and large selection. You can have Mexican, Hamburgers, Steak hoagies, salads, etc. Every night, there is a line, but a lot of people were using the take out option. We would get there by 5-5:30, usually 15-20 min wait- well worth the time

I read many reviews before going to Oscar's, even the night before, and the very recent ones the same month of April. WE were there the end of April. I was surprised to read not just a few comments that made me doubt whether I wanted to even go. My wife and I went anyway partly due to the fact that we stayed at Driftwood Lodge and they offer a voucher that you buy for Oscar's and it's a good deal. So we went. We arrived at 8:15, were seated within 15 minutes, our order taken by a very pleasant young lady, got our coffee in short order, and our food arrived hot and delicious by 8:45!! Are you kidding me?!! Wow. I'm telling you guys, the visit was wonderful!!!! No complaints whatsoever, ONLY compliments!!!! I'm so glad I did not decide to NOT go due to some of the previous reviews. As ALWAYS some reviews are very good and some are critical. But as for us we were impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. I ordered the French toast combo breakfast and I loved every bite! The French toast comes with scrambled eggs and a meat choice. The French toast has fruit on top, strawberries and a blackberry of some sort, and I'm telling you the taste was wonderful. My wife had an egg breakfast that came with pancake. She too loved it. Just go. We were there on a Friday as well and it was busy in Zion. Anyway we both loved this restaurant! HIGHLY recommend!

We got lucky and only waited 15 minutes at 5:30 pm for an outdoor table on New Year’s Eve. Recommend coming early as this place gets busy! Heating lamps hanging over the tables were perfect for a cold evening. Portions are large and food was very good - we got the chicken flautas and pork burrito, finished with the giant brownie sundae for dessert. Solid beer options. Service was excellent. Note that waiters are wearing masks which is hood, but spacing of some tables outside isn’t six feet apart. We felt pretty okay given it was open air, and we kept our masks on while not eating. Thanks for a great experience!

Good food, bad COVID service. While the food is delicious and “moderately priced” for this very touristy area, and the servers were kind and courteous. There was absolutely no social distancing whatsoever. Servers were wearing masks, but that doesn’t negate the hundred people sitting next to each other like COVID never existed in the first place. It was honestly shocking. I’m so glad we ordered take out because you could catch Coronavirus just walking by this restaurant. FIX THIS!

Went to dinner there last night with my family. The food was awful. The portion sizes were too large. My son’s burrito was way too spicy and eggs very large. With some green sauce that was disgusting. Our waitress was not friendly, and quite honestly with a 12 year old should have warned us of the size of the burrito and the spice level. We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel staff. I would not recommend this restaurant.. My son took one bite of his burrito and the waitress never acknowledge that his burrito was still intact. Service was awful.

Oscar's has all the breakfast favorites you can ask for and they come in huge portions. I would imagine their lunch menu is the same. Friendly, quick service and solid food. If you're not a heavy eater, you may want to consider splitting something with a second person, that's how big the portions are. Definitely great value for your money, you won't leave hungry. It can be a bit noisy, but a very cozy, casual place for a solid breakfast.

This is a delicious and friendly little place in Springdale. First off- high five to Katharine “Katie” who was willing to get me a Pepsi while I waited. She also bussed tables to help get people seated faster!! Grant was our server and he was friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was slightly pricey, as is all the food in Springdale, but it was so delicious I can’t even complain. The cheesesteak was fantastic. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. My son had a quesadilla both days and he loved it and it smelled amazing. My husband had a Turkey-avocado-bacon sandwich yesterday and shrimp tacos today. We also ordered the chips and salsa with guacamole today and I can’t decide which was better— the fresh salsa or the guacamole. Both were memorable! Cute place! Glad we came here!

My family was hungry after a 15 mile hike at Zion National Park. We ordered take out at Oscars Cafe for dinner and they did not disappoint. We ordered 3 Oscar burritos $17 which came with side salads. Took only 15 minutes which was surprising because they were doing great business (people were waiting outside to get in). Burritos were huge and delicious - even had a full chili pepper! Southwest style w sour cream on top. Salad was delicious too. Left w a full stomach and satisfied. Definitely recommend after a day of hiking.

Stopped in here after a trip up the Narrows earlier in the day. Service was great, outdoor seating due to virus. Servers were all wearing masks and food came out piping hot. I recommend the chips and salsa with a side of guacamole. Great blue chips, remembered them from a trip 2 years ago. I had the avocado chip burger , was about 4 inches tall! Burritos were amazing as well, recommend the chili verde with pork or beef. Easy to find in town, just off main road. It’s a can’t miss if you are in Springdale.

This has been a favorite restaurant for many years on our western trips & it was great again this time. The grilled portobello & avocado sandwich was divine, accompanied by a side salad with their zesty house dressing. Hubs had a burrito that was so massive he could only eat half, but so loaded with flavor he took the other half back to the hotel - and that was a first! :) They have inside seating but we love the airy patio with great views of the red cliffs & cooling misters. Dave was our friendly, efficient server who seemed genuinely happy - much appreciated in this season of covid crankiness. Thanks Dave & Oscars! Can’t wait to return!

I had the chips and salsa with their Fresh Guacamole, and all I can say is YUM! So fresh and tasty! For lunch I went with the waitresses favorite meal, the Chicken Enchiladas. It came with rice, beans, and a house salad that had the best citrus dressing I have had. The portions were huge and I had to get to-go boxes! Everything I tried was very flavorful and delicious. You can’t go wrong by stopping here on your next visit to Springdale!
