We did not have reservations but were seated right away. The lodge is very beautiful with lots of Ansel Adams photos on the walls. The menu is quite good and reasonable. I had the best pork chop (yes 1) that I have ever had!! Spouse...More

We took our dinners here all 3 nights of our stay. We dined a little after 7pm and were seated right away, once right next to the window with the view of Yosemite Falls! The food was tasty and filling. The baked potato that comes...More

The food and service were both excellent! Some of the tables have a view of Yosemite Falls, which was an added benefit. Yes it's expensive, but that's not a surprise based on the location.
Had to wait so went to the lounge across the courtyard. Wait was 10- 20 longer than they told us, but park was unusually crowded, so went back to Mountain Room to check & our table was ready. Meal was good & service was goo.d
Fantastic food, beautifully prepared with Vegetarian options. Spectacular view of the lower Yosemite Falls. We always dine here when we stay in the valley.
This review pertains to the Mountain Room Bar, next door to the fancy Mountain Room restaurant. We discovered this 'in plan sight' spot and were glad we did. Less expensive then the restaurant with a nice selection of food and mixed drinks. Perfect service and...More
