Wu's Garden was the best Chinese restaurant in Vienna until it finally closed. We could not find a good replacement until we walked into Lotus Garden. It was a real wake-up call. GREAT food and atmosphere. Now our go-to Chinese restaurant.

This place is usually packed, I suggest on going during the week. Ask about the daily specials and enjoy.

We have been here 3 times recently, noodles and barbecure are our favorites. Excellent hand made noodles, i like the hand pulled especially. We also like the Barbecue Platter with ribs, pork and ducks , Spicy Beef Tendon, Roasted Duck, etc. It is slow because the noodles are freshly made.

the Food was ok but came out in 3 separate ways after I asked for it to be served together. The service was very very slow and they were not busy, The walls were dirty and chipping from old paint. The bathroom was dirty as well.

I AM a white guy but I have lived in Taiwan and China before and this place was definitely authentic. Some dishes may be greasy but that's the way these dishes are made in China too. My recommendation is the knife cut or hand-pulled noodles... this is the only place I have found to get these. They even have a... More

Overall the Chinese food here is what you expect salty, sweet, some good flavor and freshly made. The Kung Pao chicken and chicken and vegetables in brown sauce are always good. Their chicken noodle soup is really flavorful as well.

We ordered three entries. It took them half an hour to get our foods ready. The foods were disappointingly super greasy also. Definitely not going back.

My wife, daughter and I went to Lotus Garden on a Saturday evening; the place was packed and we did not have a reservation, but we did not have to wait long for a table. It reminded me of restaurants in China as it was crowded, the staff was hurried and somewhat disorganized and the food was average. By crowded... More

I almost made an exception to my rule of not giving restaurants a 5 unless they are fabulous. First of all this place is very authentic. Secondly the seafood choices are amazing. But most importantly the noodles are fabulous. And with a glass kitchen wall you can watch the chefs preparing your lunch/dinner. The roast meats, we had duck and... More

The menu in this restaurant is extensive with some unusual dishes described as "gourmet" dishes. Many Caucasians wouldn't eat these dishes. But this also means that this restaurant has kept its authentic Chinese character. My husband and I had vegetable egg rolls which were good. I had ordered shrimp toast as appetizer but settled for the egg rolls when they... More
