So... I’ve been here a few times. Food has always been good ... they don’t skimp on the liquor for the drinks... and the cost doesn’t break the bank. First time my steak came out with “a little too much char on one side”..... server...asked me how the steak was —/ That was my answer. Manager came out. We chatted (great conversation actually - not just about the meal). End of the day - Steak was on the house and we got one to go as well. All I can say is — I’m going to keep coming back And I recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointedMore

Had lunch indoors and felt very safe not only because there was the social distancing seating but also because of the huge hall space the restaurant has. Food was simple but good. Had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and my wife the fish special. The...chocolate waffle dessert was great. Attentive staff. Check out the murals. Will return.More

I submitted a negative review in August about inadequate salad greens I was reacting to two lunch salads Since then patsy’s has been terrific Perhaps COVID has made supplies unreliable at times We will order dinner tonight and rate them highly again

Compared to other Great American Restaurants outposts, I found this one to be Okay; however, that may be because I have high standards for my favorite chain. In general, this is a regular American restaurant from the company -- a warm setting with wonderfully consistent...food served by warm, friendly, efficient staff members. Nothing much stood out beyond that norm though. The menu seemed to be the Great American Restaurants standards, without many items being unique to Patsy's. Setting-wise, the main restaurant is a high-ceilinged somewhat barn-shaped space, with a bar area to the side; while pretty, I felt like it was a bit more stale than many of the other restaurants in the chain. All that said, The Back Bar (if I'm remembering the name incorrectly, it's the beautiful bar behind the back-right corner of Patsy's) adds an extra star due to its wonderfully warm, old-school social feel, while managing to smoothly incorporate numerous TVs over the full-length bar. I discovered this space after I'd eaten, but I look forward to coming specifically for this bar now that I know this is here. With the spot being a collection of Great American Restaurants holdings, Patsy's also has Best Buns on one side, with its amazing breads and cupcakes, and Randy's Prime Seafood and Steaks on the other side.More

Their management are very disrespectful if you look foreign, after spending $250 they confronted me almost getting physical for a little mistake. I wouldn't go back their again. rather support businesses how are not haters.

We have loved Patsy’s since it opened and are devoted curb side pickup customers ordering from them 2 or 3 times a week during the pandemic But the quality has slipped dramatically recently The salads we have loved now have poor quality greens. The salmon...and lobster etc remain excellent but the greens have deteriorated significantly Unless this improves, we will end our long devotion to great American resterauntsMore

This was my first return visit to this location. The restaurant has a sign that they have been existing since 1948. Not sure if at this location all that time. There were not many people dining. The complex has a deli, sports bar, Rusty's steakhouse...and the main Patsy's American dining. Tables were left unfilled for proper social distancing and the servers wore face masks but I did not notice anyone wearing clothes, whether taking orders or serving the meals. The restaurant had a bar code to be scanned to see a menu. They did provide paper menus if needed. We ordered two salads. They were both good. Lily was our waitress. She was very attentive, made suggestions and kept our table supplied with drinks.More

We had dinner...shared oysters from 2 different places, crab cakes, chicken and a bottle of wine. The service was very friendly, and the food was very good. My chicken was tender and moist along with the mashed potatoes and the crab cakes were good without...a lot of fillingMore

Locally owned restaurant that is so polished, so professional, and so friendly. During the pandemic, they were the first we ordered from, as we already had wonderful experiences there. They were organized and made us feel comfortable. We have repeated 4 times and they haven’t...let us down.More

Because of Covid our last few visits have been carry out. The on line menu is varied, And the pick up is well organized, spacious easy and safe . This is one of our favorite restaurants and fortunately we live less than 2 miles. All...of the food choices that we have made have been well prepared and delicious. In a time of “carry out” I highly recommend that you try it.More

Yes. The noise level is moderate and conversations can be carried on. The last time we were there, we were seated in a booth off of the main dinning room and found it to be reasonably quiet.
