I have been going here for years. It is very casual - no frills. There are 3-4 small tables inside. It's mostly a carryout place though you can eat inside. Food comes in styrofoam and plastic whether you eat in or get to go. Very consistent Indian food that you'd expect. When calling to place carryout order, they basically hang... More

As a UC student, I used to visit this place quiet often. Years later, it is still great. Their Palak Paneer and Garlic Naan is one of the best. Everytime I am in or near the area, this place is a must. With lower prices (compared to other Indian Restaurants in the area), this place is hard to beat. They... More

This is the best Indian food in the city. That's it. That could probably be the review right there. Their restaurant is tiny, they're not the warmest of people, but wow can they cook. Seriously, there are more expensive places than this, but this is the best.

My favorite indian place. My introduction to indian was at Krishna in 2003 and i've been addicted since. Every alumni makes sure to stop by Krishna if they're within 100 miles...and it is worth it! Best naan. Best malai kofta! love krishna! hare krishna!

Not great because uses typical Americanized high doses of heavy cream. Chicken was tough. Flavors very typical. Had chicken tikka sag. Nan just ok.

a classic Indian restaurant with a spice scale of only 1-5, and perfect consistency every time I order. The food is excellent, piping hot, generously apportioned. My standards are the chicken korma and the chicken saag. I have coconut naan to go with it. The korma is not as sweet as some other Indian restaurant recipes produce and it has... More

I love this place. The food tastes great and and the prices are very reasonable. Keep in mind this is not a white tablecloth restaurant. It's completely no frills. People mostly get their food to go, but they do have a few tables if you wish to dine in. I will continue to come back and recommend it to anyone... More

Krishna is one of many Indian restaurants in Clifton and in my opinion, possibly the best value. Beside the food being excellent, the prices are unbeaten in my experiences. They give you enough food for 2 meals for less than most Indian restaurants charge for one normal sized meal. The nan is good and cheap as well. A great lunch... More

I must be their most frequent customer. It's gotten to the point that when I call, I barely have to say anything..."Chicken Tikka Masala #4?", "Yep!", "Ok, see you in 10 minutes." Krishna is better than every other Indian food restaurant I've ever tried. I have ordered several other menu items and they have all been great - I'm just... More

Krishna is a great place for Indian take out (or eat in for lunch). The food is excellent and freshly prepared, the portions are large and 1 item can serve two. I have eaten there many times and find their paneer (cheese) fantastic in multiple dishes. There are all business, and don't waste time in conversation- its good food, freshly... More
