Always First Class! If you have never been here, you are missing out. A true neighborhood jewel. You won’t find better Italian anywhere in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Great food prepared with fresh ingredients! I had the chicken scallopini and my husband the chicken fettuccine, both excellent. The coconut cream pie was "to die for"!

I was fortunate to visit as part of a group outing on Sat, 1/25. Our group was 20 ppl. That meant that I was able to sample a number of dishes. Ya gotta try the tomato basil soup. Any pasta you try will be hand...crafted and OUTSTANDING. I am partial to the fettuccine alfredo. This was my first visit and I am hurrying to returnMore

We came for dinner before going to Clifton Performance Theatre. You could pass by the outside if you didn’t know it was here. The interior is nice and simple. Loved rewarding the history of the restaurant. My husband got the salad with shrimp on it....The shrimp was prepared perfectly - not too much oil. Our son got a Caesar salad - he liked a lot and a tuna sandwich. I was shocked about the sandwich since he loves Italian food. I got the tilapia dinner that comes with a salad. The house salad was great and I got the dressing on the side. Their garlic dressing is made in house - you can tell. They should sell it! It’s great!! The tilapia is pan seared - cooked very well with vegetables and then home-made fettuccini. The dinner made 3 meals. The pasta was great. But, too much oil!!! That’s why the 4/5More

This restaurant was wonderful! From the atmosphere, to the classy waiters, to the chef cooking your meal where you could watch - truly great food & experience at affordable prices. They will even validate your parking.

Delicious menu from start to finish. Artichoke dip is wonderful, craft cocktails and fresh made dishes are huge. I also love the tomato soup, fresh and creamy. So many Desserts to choose from as well.

Dinner with colleagues and clients. Nice ambience with a whiff of garlic in the air:) Chef station in clear view (nice touch), table cloths under glass table top (quirky!), clean and well maintained locale. Menu kept simple (good) with sandwiches and a few pasta options:...very average food, chicken in pasta and salads (for some) stringy (not good), heavy on the garlic (liked that!). Not sure if I would visit againMore

We celebrated a birthday at Biagio's last night and were not disappointed. The salads were very cold and fresh. Our waitress Mary was very personable and we had chicken scallopini and the seafood alfredo. The portions were large enough that we will enjoy a 2nd...meal at home. The pasta was very fresh and sauces were great. The dessert Cannoli was one of the best I've had. The owner/chef was busy cooking in the open kitchen as we left. We will be back and bring friends.More

Had dinner recently at Biagio’s. Very good homemade pasta at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area.
