My wife and I stopped here on the way home from Canada. Would have stopped here on the way up too but they weren't open. We both had the blueberry pancake. They came in 3 sizes and was happy I didn't order the large one....Food was excellent and service was great. I will definatley stop here again.More

Excellent food. Have to get there early for the daily specials. They go fast. Especially turkey Tuesday. Great homemade desserts.

The best food value in town. Very good food with outstanding homemade pies. The facility is very small and always crowded, with very little space to wait for a seat. The hallway to the restroom is one person wide, take turns. When we are in...town at breakfast or lunch time, we go to Sandy’s.More

Home style delicious food, friendly wait staff and fast service. It’s has limited seating, which is the only negative aspect. Hard to get a seat at times.

We stopped by Sandy’s on our way to Canada because of Trip Advisor reviews. It’s a small restaurant with decent home cooking. My husband had the special which was turkey, mashed potato’s, green beans, a yummy looking hunk of bread and cranberry sauce. He said...it was very good. I had a side salad—just okay, with a really good bowl of ham vegetable soup. It has big hunks of veggies and was really tasty. Service was friendly. Prices were good.More

There were 11 guys in 2 cars. We left central Wisconsin at 11:30 pm for an 8 hour drive to Ft Francis, On Canada. Before crossing border we needed to stretch and get something to eat. Being from a small town in Wisconsin we are...familiar with local restaurants run by the owner. We looked up what was available and TripAdvisor recommended Sandy's. This is an older building with limited seating. The food was excellent. The 2 waitress really had to hustle to keep up. They were super friendly. Coffee poured constantly. I had the the daily special which was a special sausage, hassbrowns, and 2 eggs. Really really good. The entire restaurant stopped to sing Happy birthday to one of the regulars All 11 guys thought this was a great place to stop for breakfast. Good food. Good conversation. Good atmosphere. Good staff. Keep it up just as it is.More

I travel to International Falls on business regularly . Sandy's is a wonderful, family owned place for breakfast or lunch. My favorite dish is an "open faced" turkey sandwich with real mashed potatoes and plenty of gravy. And speaking of dishes , leave room for...a piece of home made pie !More

Nice little and little being the key word here, restaurant. Very down home feel and a lot of friendly locals. Go early if you don't want to wait as the place is very small but the food is worth waiting for. Our server was great...and the food as equally good. great small town price too.More
